2 Sale Information: Cattle will be available for viewing prior to Sale on Friday morning, November 13 th, depending on arrival of each of the lots. Cattle will be presented in a non-fit format. Cattle may begin arriving on Thursday evening, prior to the Sale. Sale Order will be determined and announced on Sale Day. All Hereford Influenced Females will sell prior to the cattle brought for the Regular Creston Sale that same day. Group Lots may be sold with buyer having choice of one (1) of the animals in the lot, or the entire group at the per head bid. Specific options will be announced by Auctioneer on Sale day. Registration certificates for registered Herefords will be handled between buyer and seller. Unless otherwise stated, transfers will be completed at the seller s expense. EPD s: Any EPD s given are the most current available. Any estimated EPD s for pending registrations or non-registered cattle are noted, and represent an average of the Sire and Dam s EPDs. Terms of Sale: Cash or check unless prior arrangements are made. Clerking will be handled through Creston Livestock Auction. Each animal becomes the purchaser s risk as soon as sold. Announcements made sale day by the owners or the auctioneer will take precedence over statements printed in any sale catalog or advertisements. Questions about specific Lots may be directed to the respective Consignors prior to the Sale. Contact information is provided to allow prospective bidders to make contact with the Sellers for any questions, if desired. Sale is being promoted as a service by the IHBA Iowa Hereford Breeders Association. IHBA is not responsible for any accidents. IHBA is not responsible for transferring of AHA Registrations, although will attempt to assist in communication of registration transfer information, if necessary.
