6 Important Redbud Information AQHA Rules: The Redbud Spectacular is governed by the AQHA Official Handbook of Rules and Regulations. Any violations are subject to forfeiture of monies, awards and prizes at the sole discretion of the OQHA Board of Directors or its designees. Entry into the show is voluntary and all entrants agree to abide by the rules of the show. Arrival: Stalls will be available starting Tuesday, May 30th at 9:00 a.m. Earlier arrival must acquire prior authorization from Oklahoma State Fairgrounds through Jackie Krshka. Class Conflicts: Exhibitors with class conflicts must contact paddock personnel at both rings to work out a solution. Classes will not stop in order to wait on an exhibitor. We will work with you if advised. Coggins: You must show a current coggins (within 12 months) as required by Oklahoma state law. Coggins may be spot-checked. Pre-Entry or Pre-Registration does not exempt you from this law. Departure: Exhibitors must be out of stalls by midnight, June 11th, unless prior arrangements are made. Dogs: Dogs are not allowed in the arenas under any circumstances, per OK State Fair Regulation. In other areas, dogs must be kept quiet and under control at all times or face removal. Entries: Entries added after class is drawn, will be placed in the draw at show managements discretion. No entries will be taken once class has begun. No refunds on scratches unless the show office is notified at least two classes prior. Scratches taken at the gate will not be refunded. Gate Call: A two (2) minute gate call will be strictly enforced. Parking: Parking between the barns is limited to unloading and loading only and will be strictly enforced by OKC State Fairgrounds. Attention local exhibitors: Do not plan to park in this area to work out of your trailers. An area as close as possible to the arenas will be reserved for in and out trailer parking. *Class order & arena usage are subject to alteration at show Redbud Spectacular
