2 GENERAL INFORMATION Welcome to Elk County 4-H Club Day. Thank you for being a part of this event. Some events are scheduled on a block of time. For these events, a block of time for entrants to perform is listed. You may perform your number any time during the blocked time. Be sure to check in with the room monitors prior to the end of the blocked time so we know you are here and plan to perform. Otherwise, after the blocked time is up, we will move onto the next event and will not return to the prior event. 4-H ers do not need to go in the listed order, just sometime during the blocked time. The one thing to remember is to try and complete a category before moving onto the next one. For example, finish all the Project Talks before any Jr Demonstrations & Illustrated Talks are given. Be flexible as there will probably be some cancellations, so be prepared to go early if need be. However, if you do not want to go early, you do not have to; just go sometime in the range of time for your event. Event rooms are as follows: Talks/Demonstrations.. Classroom 1 Music... Talent Model Meetings Music Room Auditorium Music Room Gavel Games... Classroom 2 FCS Judging stations and Photography Judging stations will be setup in the cafeteria for 4-H ers to complete. Results will be given in the Auditorium following the conclusion of the last event. Comment sheets and ribbons will be awarded at this time. Top blue winners are eligible for Regional 4-H Club Day, March 19 at Madison, with the exception of Show N Share, as that is not a Regional 4-H Club Day category. All top blue winners will be entered in Regional 4-H Club Day next week unless you specifically tell me you are not going. Please remember we are guests of West Elk High School. Do not disturb anything. Keep the rooms neat. Remember, each of you represents Elk County 4-H; the actions of one or a few individuals may reflect on the reputation for the entire group.
