Also, don t forget to participate in Photography and Family & Consumer Science Judging between your other 4-H Day events. In Case of Bad Weather Please listen to the KJCK radio station at 1420AM or visit to learn about cancellation or postponement of 4-H events throughout the year. Regional 4-H Day Regional 4-H Day will be held on Saturday, March 24 th in Clay Center at the High School. Those eligible to compete will need to let the Extension Office know by Monday, February 26 th if you plan to do so. This will allow us to turn in your name to be put on the Regional 4-H Day schedule. Judging Contests and Spring Shows Information about upcoming judging contests and spring shows can be found online at 4-H Partners with JOANN Fabrics 4-H has partnered with JOANN Fabrics on the national level and is currently providing two opportunities to help raise funds for 4-H. 1. Visit a local JOANN store in February and purchase a $1 or $4 Valentine s edition of the popular Paper Clover. With the $4 Paper Clover, customers will also receive a coupon for $4 off their next purchase. Each Paper Clover will include instructions for a special 4-H/JOANN Valentine s Day craft idea that customers can create to share with someone special. All funds collected go directly back to the 4-H program (30% to national, 20% to state, and 50% to the county 4-H program where the store is located). 2. Current 4-H members, parents of members, and volunteers can save 15% off total in-store and online purchases at JOANN Fabrics every day with 4-H Rewards. JOANN will give a minimum of 2.5% of every eligible transaction to 4-H at the national level. Visit to get stared.

2 Beef Weigh-in Weigh-in will be held on Sunday, February 25 th from 2:00 to 3:00pm at J.C. Livestock Sales in Junction City. Please bring this information along with $3.00 for each tag that you will need.
