6 Page 6 Oklahoma Voices Clover connection O ral history has been called the most democratic type of history because it documents what is often excluded from textbooks and other written histories. In this spirit, the OSU Theatre Departments production Oklahoma Voices, celebrates Oklahomans whose stories are underrepresented on our stages and in the pages of history. Oklahoma Voices is based upon true stories of hardship, courage and hope. Drawing from Oklahoma oral histories of the territorial times, the Dust Bowl era, World War II and beyond, this piece commemorates the rich history our state has seen through the eyes of the women and men who helped build it. The production runs February 13-17, On February 12 at 10:30 am, a special matinee performance will be held for school students or 4-H groups. Tickets for the performance are $5 per person. This same price will be offered to 4-H groups on the Sunday matinee performance on February 17. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity please contact Kaye Pais at or kaye.pais@okstate.edu. Share The fun E veryone is working on their costumes, props and skits for Share the Fun! Share the Fun is just around the corner on February 15, The event will be held at the Jenks High School Auditorium and will begin at 7:00 pm. The theme for Share the Fun is hearts and clo- VErs. We have approximately 22 acts for the evening and are looking forward to seeing the great talent we have here in Tulsa County. If you are interested in coming to see the show, please come on by!
