2 2017 Queensland State Solo Piping & Drumming Championships Entry Form Solo Piping Championships RESTRICTED EVENT 1 EVENT 2 * Restricted Learner Chanter * to learners who have been learning for not more than 12 months, not playing the pipes Competitor may read from a score and play on a practice chanter a march of 2 parts played once through, any time signature. Over 45 s - Bagpipes - 2 parts of slow air Eligibility for this event is for players 45 years or older who are currently graded D Grade. Entering this event does not disqualify a current D Graded player from entering the Qld Championships Events 3 & 4. The promoter is not liable for entries that are: illegible, not received, incorrect, not paid. Elements may be cancelled if there are NOT two or more entrants in a particular event. In the event of an event being cancelled, the unfortunate entrant will receive a refund of their entry fee for that particular section. 6 Terms and Conditions The contest will be held under the APBA contest rules and conditions The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme at their discretion. All solo competitors must be registered with their respective PBA Branch. All competitors must wear Highland Dress Solo competitors will NOT be able to compete up a level as it is a State Championship Competitors compete at their own risk. No liability will be undertaken.
