2 dlr LexIcon is the landmark venue overlooking Dún Laoghaire Harbour. It is the ideal place to host a bespoke event, conference, business meeting or product launch. The team will discuss your event ideas and how best to meet your requirements. Tours of the LexIcon can be organised prior to booking. 3 The Studio With a seat capacity of 125, the Studio is a versatile space and is perfect for presentations, conferences, music performances or as a black box theatre. The tiered seating can be retracted to create a full open plan area. If required, an Event Curator is available to assist with the event. Facilities include: WiFi access Ceiling mounted HD Projector Projector Screen 6 200mm wide x 6 050mm high 6 microphones Blu Ray DVD player Adjustable lighting Professional standard audio system A Technical Guide is available on request. 4 Meeting Rooms The meeting rooms at dlr LexIcon are the perfect place to host business meetings and interviews. All rooms have WiFi access and large flat screen TVs, ideal for use with laptops and presentations. On-site technical support available. MEETING ROOM 1: Maximum capacity of 20 persons 12 persons around boardroom table and 8 around the perimeter of the room. MEETING ROOM 2 & 3: Maximum capacity of 25 persons 14 persons around boardroom table and 11 around the perimeter of the room. MEETING ROOM 4: Maximum capacity of 27 persons 16 persons around boardroom table and 11 around the perimeter of the room. *Rates start from 40 per hour. 5 Catering at the LexIcon All catering is supplied by Brambles who have a café situated on the ground floor of the LexIcon. As event catering specialists, Brambles pride themselves on a consistently high standard of service and the awardwinning food they are renowned for. 6 How to find us dlr LexIcon is located in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of Dún Laoghaire, just 12km south of Dublin city. BY BUS Dún Laoghaire is serviced by Dublin Bus, routes include 7, 46a, 59 and 75. Check for more details. BY TRAIN Travel by DART from Dublin to Dún Laoghaire. The journey offers spectacular views of Dublin Bay. It runs every 5 minutes during peak hours and every 15 minutes during off-peak. Check for more details. BY CAR If you are heading north on the N11, take the Ballybrack exit and follow the signs to Dún Laoghaire. From the city centre take the N11 via Blackrock on the R118 to Dún Laoghaire.

7 Parking Parking is available at dlr LexIcon. The car park has 100 spaces with the entrance located off Queen s Road. There is 24 hour security and CCTV in operation for your safety and security. Opening hours are from 7am to 11pm, 7 days per week. The rate is 2.40 per hour with a capped rate of 6.00 per day.
