4 Harlow Carr room facilities Fully functioning learning centre with 3 classrooms (The Sunley, The Wolfson and The Jubilee) Smart board and computer in each room, so presentations can be brought in on a USB stick Room available with out of hours facilities if agreed with Events team. Kitchens available in Wolfson and Jubilee rooms. Pre ordered packed lunches available to be delivered to the room from Bettys 9.95 each. Event team and site service support throughout set up / pack down and the event. Free entry for all members of the society supporting the event throughout the event. Adjacent parking for off loading. Additional gazebos available for plant sales if prearranged. Support form RHS team if content such as specialist talk / walk is required as part of the event and prearranged. Signage produced for the event and marketing provided within plans.

9 Hyde Hall room facilities Brand new buildings available from April 2018 Our new learning centre will have 2 classrooms with a capacity of 60 The Activities Barn will be a flexible space seating up to 160 theatre style, with exhibition panels available AV set up is currently being finalised but there will be presentation facilities available Rooms available with out of hours facilities if agreed with Events team Catering can be pre booked and organised in house by our catering team Event team and site service support throughout set up / pack down and the event Free entry for all members of the society supporting the event throughout the event Support from RHS team if content such as specialist talk / walk is required as part of the event and prearranged

15 Rosemoor room facilities Garden Room events space (14m x 35m) with integral projector screen and direct, level access from dedicated car park behind Digital projector and laptop available free of charge plus portable PA System with two wireless microphones if required Professional stage with steps and rails - can be either 46cm (18 ) or 1m (40 ) high Room available 08:00-17:00 with out of hours facilities if agreed with Events team. Small Garden Room divided off with soundproof partition - also has screen and AV equipment included if required Lecture Hall events space with AV equipment and sound system with hearing loop - holds up to 100 theatre-style Peter Buckley Learning Centre with 2 classrooms holding up to 80 theatre-style in each Interactive white boards, screens and AV equipment available in both classrooms In house caterers able to provide a comprehensive food service from packed lunches to three course hot meals, all served in room Events team and site services support throughout set up / clear down and during the event itself Free entry for all members of the society throughout the event
