1 Job Safety & Environment Analysis To be used when the risk is greater than LOW and / or Defined Hazardous Work and there is no standard procedure for the task. All sections of this JSEA form must be completed. An additional sheet may be attached if more room is required. The Nyrstar Representative is responsible for ensuring this JSEA is completed. Additional authorisation will be required for each type of Defined Hazardous Work selected and must be attached to the Work Permit Clearance Certificate.
