Athletes competing in National Championships (level 3) who do not hold a current IPCAS Licence need to purchase IPCAS NCP Licence. This Licence needs to be purchased through the athlete s NPC at the cost of 10. This Licence will allow the athlete to compete in any NC event. The results achieved with this licence will not be included in the Points List. The athlete can upgrade to a full IPCAS Licence in order to have their results included in the IPCAS Points List. Doping: According to the IPC Doping Control Agreement Race-Registration: Athlete race registration must be done through the IPCAS on-line entry system Participant Insurance: Each NPC must ensure that all the members of their delegation are appropriately insured, including coverage for travel, liability and accidents. All delegation members must have appropriate accident and health insurance in order to race in international ski competitions.
