Looking forward to the July Maintenance Seminar, we have a couple spaces left. We get questions about stress areas on the frame and how do we fix them. If we have a Sno-Cat in for repair of a stressed area (aka crack), we first are going to clean up the area and weld or re-weld it. In most cases we are also going to add a gusset to add strength to the area. If we see that happen more than a couple of times then we are going to engineer more strength into those areas on new units. Now that summer service season is here, remember we can offer light to full summer service, repair and upgrades. A lot of low hour vehicles are able to get by with a light service for 2 years then a full service the next year. Something that has been pretty popular for an upgrade are the LED driving lights on the 2000XL, cost about $1000 and boy do they light up the night! Page 1 of 5

3 TUCKER SNO-CAT CORPORATION 2018 MAINTENANCE SEMINAR Tucker Sno-Cat Corporation Vehicle Maintenance Training Seminars Utility Vehicles.July 17th-18th Grooming Vehicles...September 11th-12th The seminar will take place at Tucker SNO-CAT facility in Medford, OR. The physical address is 2872 South Pacific Hwy., Medford, OR The seminar will consist of but not limited to the following: Overview of the production process Service and maintenance tips Cummins Northwest presentation Allison Transmission presentation Factory tour Question and answer Shop time The cost is $ per person. This includes coffee and doughnuts in the mornings and lunch both days. Participants are responsible for their travel, lodging and other meals. All participants must wear leather work boots and pants that cover the full length of the leg to participate in the factory tour and shop times. All participants will be given a brief safety procedure lesson before entering the work areas. Safety glasses are required in all work areas and will be supplied by Tucker SNO-CAT.
