5 SUGGESTIONS: COMPILED BY THE TEAM FROM COMMUNITY INPUT Town Hall Meetings Notification through newspaper, flyers, and website. Save the expense of mailing. Community Clean Up Carr Circle Creek Access at Snyder Circle Silver Lake Blvd

6 Note: Administrator met with Game & fish to discuss and was told that the fish stocked each year is fine. Just create more habitat for the young fish & if the community wants Carp removed...hold carp tournaments. Docks Repairs & Improvements SUGGESTIONS: Dock anchors re-aligned and cable stays from docks restored to hold docks perpendicular to 1 shore line. (fishing dock the worst) 2 CompletedReplace wheels system on fishing dock with system like the main dock and install axels and wheels on the rental dock. 3 Completed Institute pest control measure to reduce/eradicate spider population on docks, especially the rental dock. 4 See Note Restore shore line dawn/dusk lighting at poles. 5 Signage repainted and lettered. 6 Change out leaning slow marker bouy. 7 Security cameras for area surveillance. Take power to and make use of the light and camera on the light pole west of rental dock 8 Completed Install ramp to rental dock sidewalk from the parking level 9 See Note Fish population plan to control unwanted fish and improve sport fishing varieties. 10 Replace the boat ramp 11 Fish Cleaning Station Near the Docks #4 will be completed once the new electric line is run under the culvert. The line was nicked and therefore not working.

Beach Area 1 Completed Institute pest control measure to reduce/eradicate ant population at beach area 2 ongoing Spray & remove weeds & grass encroaching the pathway & beach area. 3 ongoing Remove rocks and cut cockleburs between boat ramp and swim beach for boat beaching. 4 Security cameras for area surveillance. Take power to and make use of the light and camera on the light pole west of rental dock 5 Completed Paint picnic tables 6 Install two or more propane/charcoal grills at beach/picnic where users bring propane bottle only 7 See Note Equip staff with electronic tablets for quick search of property owner list, log in/out for time worked, and on demand audio/video recording of activities, conversations, and incidents which require follow up by authorities 8 donated more trash containers 9 Chain the picnic tables so they can't be moved Sand & stain the 2 benches under the trees by the office and move them under the trees to the 10 in process left of the boat ramp 11 Fenced in dog area with beach water access

8 Parking Lot 1 Completed Parking bumpers replaced and leveled 2 Completed Parking stall striping with cording 3 Completed Paint red emergency railroad ties by beach & fence 4 Stencil "Emergency Vehicles Only" in white on the red railroad ties by the beach area 5 painted, not Paint blue handicapped concrete stopper by beach path - stencil "handicapped parking" stenciled 6 1/2 Done Put signage up for car parking and trailer parking 7 in process Create handicapped parking space by fishing pier 8 Sand & stain 2 benches to place under trees by the handicapped spot near the beach 9 in process area Bicycle parking frame so anyone riding a bike to the lake can have a safe place to park & lock it. 10 donated more trash containers 11 in process repair culvert & electric cable 12 Guest Pass box is rusted and not identifiable 13 Notice board needs to be painted 14 See Note Develop check in lanes at entrance near office building 15 Replace Porta Jons with better facilities (flush toilets and sinks) 16 Make the entrance to the lake more appealing/better landscaping 17 Plant Flowers around the trees in planters or create a tree well

9 Carr Circle Repairs & Improvements 1 net replaced Replace basketball hoop on west backboard and nets on each 2 Volunteers Clear the lot on the east of rocks and weeds. Install drought tolerant turf grass area for Needed play and/or sport with limited irrigation. (Water service required?) 3 Volunteers Needed Cut weeds and institute program for weed control. 4 Create a parking area for those not within walking distance to park. 5 Install suitable material (sand?) around play equipment, swings, and hop scotch pads 6 Restore volleyball court to usable condition (sand & net?) 7 Install Ramada's, picnic tables, and propane/charcoal grills for family gatherings 8 APS to run lighting for basketball court 9 New commercial playground structure 10 trash containers 11 Speed limit should be posted - 15 miles per hour 12 there should be a one-way sign 13 Put benches at Carr Circle near the basketball court 14
