2 1. DENOMINATION: PARTICULAR REGULATION The Hungarian Divers Federation has got the CMAS authorization to organise the 2 nd round of the XI. CMAS Finswimming World Cup 2016 between 26 th 28 th February The Hungarian Divers Federation Nonprofit Kft is entitled to do the execution work of the World Cup and the payments are due to be addressed for its account (see later below bank details) 2. PARTICIPATION RULES AND RACES The competition is ruled by CMAS Finswimming International Rules, by CMAS Finswimming World Cup Rules, and by these Particular Rules that every athlete, with his/her enrolment affirms to know and to agree to follow. A B,C,D M/W B/G Open category!!! 1500m SF, 400 m IM, 4x50 m BF - Regardless of the world cup regulation competitors can participate in any category AP: APNOEA IM:IMMERSION SF:SURFACE BF:BIFINS All team members of National Federations should be affiliated to CMAS. Clubs need to send agreements from their national federations affiliated to the Finswimming Commission of the Sports Committee. All athletes must be in the possession of CMAS licenses. - Each competitor can take part in a maximum of three (3) individual races and one (1) relay. - Each team can enroll a maximum of two (2) swimmers into each individual race. - In the CMAS Finswimming World Cup Race only clubs can participate. - Each competitor can participate on behalf of only one (1) club during a given year.

3 3. COMPETITION FIELD The competition will take place in the Bitskey Aladár swimming pool in Eger. The swimming pool has a length of 50m., a width of 8 lanes, depth of 2m, electronic scoreboard and about 1500 spectator s seats. The temperature of water is 26 C +1 C. Address: H-3300 Eger, Frank Tivadar str. 5.- Hungary 4. PRELIMINARY PROCEDURES All sport documents of the swimmers will be checked on Friday 26 th February 2016 from at the swimming pool. 5. TIMER The timekeepers of the swimming pool of Eger will record the times through electronic system. 6. CLASSIFICATIONS The classifications will be based on the times registered by the timekeepers; the results will be compiled according to CMAS score. For all distance no final race is provided. There are individual classification and club classification. Individual: For each distance there are four classifications. 4 7. PRIZES Individual prizes: medals will be given to the first three classified athletes in every individual race and in every relay. Team prizes: Each club will be given prizes. Award ceremonies will take place during the competition, so athletes involved must be at the disposal of the organizing staff at the right time. During the ceremony athletes involved must wear the official uniforms of their team. 8. RESPONSIBILITY The Hungarian Divers Federation, C.M.A.S., the Competition Director, Competition Officers and the Chief Judge are not responsible for accidents or damage caused to people and objects before, during or after the competition. The organizer shall ensure the presence of medical assistance. 9. ANTIDOPPING WADA - WORLD ANTIDOPING CODE CMAS ANTIDOPING RULES MBSZ ANTIDOPING RULES ALL ATHLETES ACCEPT THESE RULES AS PRE-CONDITION OF THEIR PARTICIPATION 10. SPECIAL NOTES The present programme could be modified based on organizational causes. Participating teams will get all information about the changes in time. Swimmers must be available for the Start Judge with their complete equipment at last 10 minutes before the race starts. The organizer reserves the right to accept and insert an athlete or a relay at any time at their discretion, in or outside the official classification, on the specific request of a participating club. Any other rule concerning the competition can be found in the C.M.A.S. Finswimming Rules. 11. FINAL ENROLMENT The only valid application form that must be filled in is supplied as attachment to this set of rules. The final enrolment must be completed on the attached entry form and must be received before 23 rd February 2015 at the following address info@buvar.hu The inscription fee for World Cup: 25 per club and 15 per athlete Inscription fee for the Minaret Cup: 10/event Late enrolments may be accepted with a fine of 100. Relays must be declared with time on the enrolment forms too (even without competitor s names). Important Note: Payment can be made by cash during registration in the swimming pool or via bank transfer. If you choose the bank transfer please inform us at info@buvar.hu until 1 st February. You will receive a proforma invoice and then you can conduct the payment.

6 ACCOMMODATION Organizers offer accommodation possibility during the competition deadline of enrollment 1 st February Full board accommodation is offered in the following category: 1. 2 nights, from Friday 26 th February dinner until Sunday 28 th February lunch Hotel****: 110 / person (rooms with 2-3 beds) 2. 3 nights, from Friday 26 th February dinner until Monday 29 th February breakfast Hotel****: 140 / person (rooms with 2-3 beds) Single room extra price is 30 / person / night. Extra day cost with full board accommodation Hotel****: 50 / person (rooms with 2-3 beds) In case participating clubs wish to arrive earlier to conduct training in Eger would receive full board services paying the pro-rata charge as indicated above. Swimming pool lines would be charged separately. Those athletes who do not accept one of the full board accommodations offered by the Organizing Committee - but arrange their accommodation by themselves are supposed to pay 40 / person as organizing fee.

7 TRANSPORTATION The transfer Budapest Eger Budapest can be arranged at a cost of max. 85 / person. The actual cost will depend on the number of persons transported. Airport-Eger-Airport transfer can be insured only if pre-entry deadline as of 1 st February 2016 is observed. BOOKING CONDITIONS BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT The booking deadline will be on 1 st February After this deadline the rate of the price will be increased by 10 %. PAYMENT Payment should be made: by direct bank transfer after receiving our proforma invoice until 23 rd February 2016 or in cash on Friday 26 th February 2016 from at the swimming pool.
