2 1. DENOMINATION: PARTICULAR REGULATION The Hungarian Divers Federation with the legal authorization of the Confederation Mondiale des Activitées Subacuatiques ( CMAS ) is to organize the XII. CMAS Finswimming World Cup 2017 between 24 th 26 th February The Federation, through its fully owned body, MBSZ Nonprofit Kft. specialized to organize championships will do the operational work of the World Cup. Payments are due to be addressed to its bank account (see details below) 2. PARTICIPATION RULES AND RACES The competition is governed by CMAS Finswimming Rules, by CMAS Finswimming World Cup Rules, and by the present Particular Rules that every athlete, - with his/her enrolment - affirms to know and agrees to strictly follow. CMAS regulations can, and should be seen at the following link. Please note the following changes which are in effect from 1 st January Database for World Cup All data will be used in 2017 from a new database 2. Registration All registration must be submitted only through this way and not with enrollments form. The website is which operates from 30 th January to 20 th February 2017 During registration the system matches automatically with the CMAS licenses database. By registration it is only said for world cup program. Additional program have to be managed like previous editions. (see below Minaret Cup) 3. CMAS fees For each round or Golden Final each competitor to participate must pay CMAS fees fixed annually by CMAS and additionally to the participating fees paid to the organizer: CMAS sport license holder o 10 Euro for participation fees by each round Not CMAS sport license holder o 15 Euro for temporary license for world cup at the first inscription in 2017 o 10 Euro for participation fees by each round These fees will be paid only during the registration process. Recall of the procedures and obligations point Request for licenses will be done according to previous procedures and within 10 days at least before the corresponding competition.

3 Thus all clubs and participants must take this delay in account for registration and this delay of 10 days is meant to be delay after payment and not after order. The payment procedures of all expenditures regarding the competition (accommodation fee, inscription fees etc.) will not change from previous years. Races and categories are as follows: XII. A M/W B/G Open category!!! 1500m SF, 400 m IM, 4x50 m BF - Regardless of the world cup regulation competitors in any category can participate, but medals only be given in category A race. AP: APNOEA IM:IMMERSION SF:SURFACE BF:BIFINS All team members of all National Teams have to be affiliated to CMAS. Clubs need to send agreements from their national federations affiliated to the Finswimming Commission of the CMAS Sports Committee. All athletes must be in the possession of CMAS licenses. - Clubs and National Teams are entitled to participate in the CMAS Finswimming World Cup. Race- Each competitor can take part in a maximum of three (3) individual races and one (1) relay. If one National Team or Club want that one athlete will take part more than these 3 individual races it must declare when it register the athlete which one is/are in addition and in this case no point and classification rank will be applied for these additional races. - Each team can enroll a maximum of two (2) swimmers into each individual race. - In the course of a given year an athlete is entitled to participate only on behalf of one (1) club. (precision: participation in national Team is not considered as participation for Club. Thus a competitor has the right to compete during different ground in the same year of the for his club or his national team according to the corresponding point in CMAS general rules.

4 3. COMPETITION FIELD The competition will take place in Eger-Hungary, in the Bitskey Aladár indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool has a length of 50m, a width of 8 lanes and a depth of 2m. Electronic scoreboard informs about the results and about 1500 spectator s can take seats in the arena. The temperature of the water is 26 C +1 C. PRELIMINARY PROCEDURES All sport documents of the swimmers will be checked at the swimming pool on Friday 24 th February 2017 starting as of 12:00 noon. 5. TIMER The timekeepers of the swimming pool of Eger will record times through electronic measuring and recording system. 6. CLASSIFICATIONS The classifications will be based on times registered by the timekeepers. Results will be compiled according to CMAS score. For all distances no final race is held. Individual, Clubs, National Teams and Countries classifications are recorded. Individual: For each distance there are four classifications. (Men, Women, Junior Boy, Junior Girls) Swimmers registered by Clubs or National Teams are in this classification. Club: The general classification will be compiled by the total amount of the individual point (Men, Women, Junior and Senior only registered by clubs) Four separate Club Classification will be made also for Men, Women, Junior Boys, Junior Girls. National Teams: The general classification will be made by the total amount of the individual point (Men, Women, Junior, Senior) Four separate National Teams Classification will be made also for Men, Women, Junior Boys, Junior Girls) Countries Ranking: It will be made by the total amount of the individual points (Men, Women, Junior, Senior) of the National Teams. If National Federation does not enroll its National Team the best two results by club at each distance, at each category (Men, Women, Junior, Senior) will go to the Countries ranking.

PRIZES Individual prizes: medals will be given to the first three classified athletes in every individual race and in every relay. Team prizes: Each club and National Teams will be given prizes. Best team will be awarded a trophy. Award ceremonies will take place during the competition, so athletes involved must be at the disposal of the organizing staff on time. During the ceremony athletes involved must wear the official uniforms of their team. 8. RESPONSIBILITY The Hungarian Divers Federation, C.M.A.S., the Competition Director, Competition Officers and the Chief Judge are not responsible for accidents or damage caused to people and objects before, during or after the competition. The organizer during the competition ensures the presence of qualified medical assistance. 9. ANTIDOPPING WADA - WORLD ANTIDOPING CODE CMAS ANTIDOPING RULES MBSZ ANTIDOPING RULES AS A RULE AND PRECONDITION, ALL ATHLETES ACCEPT THE ABOVE REFERED RULES AS PRE-CONDITION OF THEIR PARTICIPATION 10. SPECIAL NOTES Based on organizational exigencies, the present program could be without pre-notice, any time modified. Participating teams will get all necessary information about the changes on time. Swimmers must be available for the Start Judge with their complete equipment at last 10 minutes before races start. At the specific request of a participating club the organizers have the right to accept and insert an athlete or a relay at any time at their discretion, in or outside the official classification. Any other rule concerning the competition can be found in the C.M.A.S. Finswimming Rules. 11. FINAL ENROLMENT Final enrolment must be completed on before 20 th February 2017 Regarding Minaret CUP the attached application form needs to be sent to info@buvar.hu The inscription fee for World Cup: Inscription fee for the Minaret Cup: 30 per club and 15 per athlete 15/event

6 Important Note: Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash during registration at the swimming pool. If the mode of payment is bank transfer information on the transfer should be made to until 1 st February In that case a proforma invoice would be issued and sent to the payee, so safe payment can be effected. 8 ACCOMMODATION Organizers offer accommodation possibility within the competition deadline of enrollment 1 st February Full board accommodation is offered in the following category: 1. 2 nights, from Friday 24 th February, starting with dinner until Sunday 26 th February ending with lunch Hotel****: 135 / person (rooms with 2-3 beds) 2. 3 nights, from Friday 24 th February dinner until Monday 27 th February breakfast Hotel****: 170 / person (rooms with 2-3 beds) Single room extra price is 35 / person / night. Extra day cost with full board accommodation Hotel****: 60 / person/night (rooms with 2-3 beds) In case participating clubs wish to arrive earlier to conduct training in Eger a full board services is offered, paying the pro-rata charge as indicated above. Swimming pool lines are charged separately.

9 Athletes not using the full board accommodations offered by the Organizing Committee and arrange their accommodation on an individual basis are required to pay 50 /person organizing fee. TRANSPORTATION In case of need the transfer from Airport Budapest to Eger and back to Airport Budapest can be arranged by the organizers at a cost of 85 / person in case of groups of more than 8 persons. For teams of 5-8 persons the transportation fee will be of 115 Euros. In case of 4 or less persons specific price will be applied. The cost of individuals will depend on the actual transportation cost of the company operating the airport shuttle service. Airport-Eger-Airport transfer can be insured only if the pre-entry deadline of 1 st February 2017 is observed.
