Due to the technical object possibilities number of participants limited up to 300 swimmers. Determines the order of the entries. Each swimmer must have a current medical examination and insurance-entry to the event will be considered as proof of a current physical examinations. In addition, we reserve the verifiability of the current research on the individual teams. NOTIFICATION: Submissions to the competition in electronic form should be sent to the following address: wisniowicz@gmail.com invitation to download The notification must contain the date of birth, and license number. The results of the swimmer without the license number will not be sent to the ranking. Entries must be submitted to the October 2, 2017 until 20:00. After this date, we announced the list of swimmers. Each notification will be confirmed by , in case of no confirmation please contact mr. To 4th October 2017 until 18:00 you can make a withdrawal from the competition, after this period the entry fee according to the declaration! The results of the competitions will be available on the TECHNICAL REGULATIONS: Competition will be organized in accordance with the rules of FINA and Polish Swimming Federation. Heats will be played on time series from slowest to fastest series (by the time of the notification). Heats will be played on the method (in addition to the final races). Heats will be played using the electronic measurement of time. 100 m individual medley competition for the category 1-6 is played elimination heats and finals, in terms of combined category 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6, will be played only the final.

3 To the final of the 100 m individual medley qualified 6 swimmers with the best times from elimination. To the Super final of the 50 meters in category 1 st and 2 nd will be selected 6 swimmers, who will receive the highest ranked results out of racing 50 meters in butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle. In the final the swimmers swim style, which qualified. In the Super final of the 50 m in the category 1 st and 2 nd, the winner will be the athlete who has the highest scoring result by FINA scoring. In category 3 rd wins the fastest swimmer in the final. To the Super final of the 50 m in 3 rd category will be selected 6 swimmers, who will have the best 6 results in the 50 m freestyle. In the 4x50m MIX Medley Relay swim 2 women and 2 men, in 8x50m freestyle swim 4 women and 4 men. Relay races will be organized in 2 groups: I group-categories 1, 2, 3 4x50m MIX Medley Relay must flow of 1 representative born 2006, 2005, 2004, and one from any year born containing in this group, in the 8x50m MIX Freestyle Relay needs to go 2 representatives born 2006, 2005, 2004 and two from any year born containing in this group II Group -category 4, 5, 6, 4x50m MIX Medley Relay must go 2 women and 2 men in any layout, swimmers born 2003 and older, in the 8x50m MIX Freestyle Relay must flow 4 women and 4 men in any layout, swimmers born 2003 and older In the relay race 4x50 and 8x50m can start trainer/group leaders, instead of one swimmer from any category. Live stream will be available under the link: AWARDS: Each participant of the competition will receive a unique meeting t-shirt. In the individual races for place 1-3 in each category swimmers receive a medal and a diploma. In competitions held by elimination-final and in the Super final of the 50 m in the category of 1 st and 2 nd are only awarded to the finalists: by 1-3 place: medals, diplomas, gifts by 4-6 place: diplomas and gifts In races by qualifying-final and in the Super final of the 50 m in the category of 3 rd financial prizes are foreseen: 1st place: 300 zł 2 place: 200 zł 3rd place: 100 zł by 1-3 place: medals, diplomas, money prizes by 4-6 place: diplomas and gifts In relays medals and diploma for the first 3 teams, in the category I and II and cake for the winning team. Special awards from 3 Waters company for one men and woman which recive best FINA score in 200 meters butterfly event. Best swimmer in terms of combined 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6 for the sum of points in 2 starts receive the Cup. Special gift draw among all participants of the event. The best competitor and contestant in the youngest age category (category 1), who will receive the largest point total FINA for two starts will receive special gift. Best swimmers from MKS Park Wodny Tarnowskie Góry, who will receive the largest point total FINA for two starts will receive special prizes donated by the Sporting Chance. Giant trophies for top 3 clubs in the standings regardless of the meeting medals statistic. The awarding ceremony will take place during the course of the competition. THE FUNDING RULES: The organizational costs cover the organizer of the competition.

5 Entry fee is 50 zł from every swimmer reported. Entry fee for each requested the team relay is 10 zł. Mandatory fee for the starting list is 20 zł from the Club reported. The starting fee transfer to the account of the Organizer until 4 October 2017, decides the date of execution of the transfer. After this date, the fee rises to 70 zł from each swimmer. TECHNICAL REGULATIONS: During the warm-up lane 1 is a one-way track, designed for jumping. On the other lanes jumps are prohibited. All the team are on the 1st floor of the swimming pool-in the stands and in the lobby of the swimming pool. During the meeting will be a separate changing room at the disposal of the swimmers. The swimmers from the stands at the swimming pools are required to move through the designated cloakroom. The output from the swimming pool is done by changing room or next to the platform. On the day of the competition for players will be separated small pool for warm up and worm down. During the competition on the basin of the swimming pool are allowed only swimmers competed in the current competition. Swimmers can prepare to take off only in specially designated warm-up area on the swimming pool. COMPETITION OFFICE: The Office of the competition will be open on the day of the event from 8:00 for the entire duration of the competition on the 1st floor of the Aqua Park. Starting lists and t-shirts for swimmers to pick up in the Office of the professions. An invoice for the starting fee will be able to pick up during the 2 nd block in the Office of the competition. BOARD: Full board and accommodation is provided in the Neo Hotel which is situated next to swimming pool (1 minute walk) Cost of the board and accommodation is 95zł/ person/day. Organizers will help in room reservation. Payment for accommodation in Hotel Neo. FINAL PROVISIONS: Swimming pool will be available to competitors on Saturday from 8:30. The technical briefing will be held on the 1st floor of the water park at 9:00. The opening ceremony will take place at 9:25. The closure of the competition will take place after all the competition.
