4 Location Costa Paradiso is a resort at the sea. All of the houses harmonize in style and colour with the unique red granite cliffs. In this area you ll find rocky bays with sunbathing platforms as well as the sandy beach of Li Cossi, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the northwest. You can reach several more divine beaches within minutes by car, like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda at Isola Rossa. At the small harbour of the Costa Paradiso inflatable boats can be rent, with which secluded bays can be explored from the sea. In addition to this there is a diving centre with diving school. In the resort you ll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as further small stores and a pharmacy. Medical support is available during the summer months. Nearby towns include Trinita d Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa). The hinterland called Gallura is worth seeing (hiking, cycling) with the towns Luogosanto and Tempio (centres in typical granite) and the Valle della Luna near Aggius. The Villa Livia is located in the lower, closer-to-the-sea part of the Costa Paradiso. The bay of La Sorgente is ca. 300 meters distant.

6 Property Description (1) The Villa Livia is a new, modern house in one of the best locations of the Costa Paradiso. Only 300 m distant to the sea, with a fantastic view of the sea, the Gulf of Asinara and of the typical striking red rock formations. Oriented towards west you enjoy the wonderfully sunset every evening. The house has a large living area with a high window front to the veranda, the pool and to the sea. The living area includes a upholstered sofa bench, a dining area with extensible dining table and a well-appointed open kitchen (incl. dishwasher). The three bedrooms are modern furnished. Full length windows and doors offer sea view from every single bedroom. The house has two large bathrooms, each with shower and bidet. Bathes are styled in high-quality natural stone. The pool-area is integrated in the mediterranean garden. The swimming-pool is reserved for the guests of Villa Livia and the neighbouring Villa Giada. The pool is heated by solar technology. The temperature depends on insolation. Toward the waterfront is a large, covered veranda with a further dining table. This leads to the pool terrace with sun loungers. On the other side of the house is a atrium, from whom the sea also can be seen. The house is finished with some more additional amenities, like a washing machine, Sat-TV (Astra and Hotbird), BBQ, outside shower and clothes line. A private parking garage awaits you.

7 Property Descriptions (2) The Villa Livia has a underfloor heating. The windows are double-glazed and the walls are well insulated. Insofar the house can be used for stays in the winter. The bedding will be provided within a linen package according to German standards: Matresses with additional hygienic inlay and more molleton fabrics, with fitted sheets, four-season blankets (135 x 200 cm) with fitting duvet cover and pillows (40 x 80 cm) with congruent pillow cases. The location in the lower Costa Paradiso is very special. The sea is almost in front of your house and you ll reach the rocky bays of Costa Paradiso by foot (some with bathing platform, like La Sorgente). You ll reach the centre Maja with bar, cafe, restaurant and a small grocery store also by foot. A trading centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques and stores for meat, fish, fruits and vegetables you ll find in a higher part of the Costa Paradiso, reachable by car in 2 minutes. The sandy beach of Li Cossi is accessible via a good trail along the steep coast. The trail starts from the parking lot at a small harbour. This harbour can be reached by foot in ca. 12 minutes from the house, by car in ca. 2 min. This trail leads you to the Li Cossi beach, that is not open to cars. On site we are available for you or we ll be represented by service partners. Together with our partners the handover of the keys and briefing will be organized, the linen package will be given over and we deal with any possible problems that may arise.
