Whether you want to compete at the highest level or learn tennis for fun, CDL has a program for your needs. CDL balances high level tennis coaching and athleticism with a healthy culture of competitiveness and team spirit. 3 SPORT ELITE Sport Elite is designed to match the dreams, aspirations and commitment of any student athlete. This level of training is constructed for players that want to play either collegiate or professional level (ITF, Pro Tour) of tennis. Players chosen for this program will have demonstrated high levels of playing tennis, athleticism and character. Sport Elite will nurture your athlete to develop their fullest potential not only as a tennis player, but also as a fully rounded athlete and person. This program is only for serious and fully dedicated players. 10 hours tennis per week 5 hours fitness per week Monday to Friday 2pm-5pm MINIMUM OF 15 TOURNAMENTS INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL PLAN (TENNIS + FITNESS) Video analysis (match play, technic analysis, patterns ) Mental conditioning (routines, positive thinking, focus on the moment ) Extra activities such as yoga (mental state), martial arts (coordination, speed, reaction time), spinning (aerobic, anaerobic) 3 MEETINGS PER YEAR WITH PARENTS AND ATHLETES Price : 11500$ + taxes (600 hours) EVER TRIED, EVER FAILED, NO MATTER, TRY AGAIN, FAIL AGAIN, FAIL BETTER

4 SELECTION OF THE ATHLETES The selection of the athletes who will be part of the Sport Elite program will be done by the coaches committee through different aspects such as : Fitness tests (run by the Fitness Director Dean Hollingworth the previous year) Number of tournaments played during the season Work ethic (Commitment + Attitude + Perseverance) Long and short term goals Team spirit Maintenance of Academic grades

5 SPORT STUDY Sport Study is for the student athlete looking to develop a high level of tennis and compete at a provincial level and beyond. It is designed to assist the player in developing the most out of their abilities. With on court coaching and fitness training the athlete will compete and succeed to their desired level. 10 hours tennis per week 5 hours fitness per week Monday to Friday 2pm-5pm MINIMUM OF 10 TOURNAMENTS GROUP ANNUAL PLAN Mental conditionning 2 MEETINGS PER YEAR WITH PARENTS AND ATHLETES Price : 10500$ + taxes (600 hours) HARD WORK BEATS TALENT WHEN TALENT DOESN T WORK HARD

6 LITTLE STARS The Little Stars Program provides, in a fun and creative environment, a comprehensive foundation for children ages 4 to 8. By teaching the FUNdamentals from the outset, students get a head start over their peers and gain the athletic edge 15 hours (tennis + fitness + multisports) per week Monday to Friday 2pm-5pm Minimum of 5 tournaments GROUP ANNUAL PLAN Mental conditionning 2 MEETINGS PER YEAR WITH PARENTS AND ATHLETES Price : 9000$ + taxes (600 hours) IT S OK TO NOT KNOW; IT S NOT OK TO NOT TRY!
