It is a movement that goes beyond the lines in the sand, encouraging all to live the p1440 lifestyle regardless of age, gender, profession or geographic location. p1440 was founded upon four pillars: Competition, Development, Health & Wellness and Entertainment. The inaugural p1440 event series will launch in September 2018 with eight events planned in the season. The event series will showcase the best in women s and men s beach volleyball from around the globe. It will travel to San Jose (Sept ), Las Vegas (Oct ), San Diego (Nov. 30 Dec. 2) and Huntington Beach (Dec ). The next four events in the series will take place in early The p1440 event series will give attendees the opportunity to see elite beach volleyball players live in action, while immersing themselves in personal development experiences, a music festival and a health & wellness village.

3 The digital experience will allow fans to stream matches from anywhere in the world, get real-time stats, read about athletes and industry news, generate and join a fantasy league and much more. The online community will create an additional avenue to engage with the sport of beach volleyball like never before. p1440 ONLINE C O M P E T I T I O N D E V E L O P M E N T Coaches will be able to find volleyball drills for players and will have the opportunity to obtain a valued p1440 coach certification. Aspiring to help develop youth and those training for life, p1440 s online community will provide tutorials, development tools, training drills and workouts from industry leaders and professional athletes. Set to launch in the summer of 2018, p1440 will create a digital experience packed with inspiration and empowerment. The online community will give aspiring athletes, fans and active individuals the opportunity to train like athletes, stream matches and workouts, engage with nutritionists for recipes, discover new meditation practices, find athletes curated playlists and become part of a supportive community. There are four pillars within the digital experience: Competition, Development, Health & Wellness and Entertainment. 4 p1440 ATHLETES The p1440 event series was created with the athlete in mind with the thought to compromise less and accomplish more. The p1440 team aims to create a sustainable and rewarding event series that athletes will feel proud to be a part of. Athletes will be treated with respect, acknowledged for their wins, supplied with training resources and provided equal opportunities. p1440 will have a prize purse of $300,000 at each of its first four events in the inaugural p season, totaling $1.2 million. The $300,000 prize purse at each event will be split between the women s and men s professional beach volleyball main draw tournament players with each respective prize purse totaling $150,000. The top three finishers will receive the following: first place $28,000, second place $18,000 and third place $12,000. Providing a trusted source for athletes, p1440 will attract top talent from around the globe and will provide athletes with even more opportunities to play competitively and grow their personal brand. 7 KERRI WALSH JENNINGS Throughout Kerri Walsh Jennings career, she has partnered and surrounded herself with amazing and courageous individuals and the p1440 team is no different. The p1440 team has creditable and diverse backgrounds, ensuring there is no better team to create a platform packed full of resources to positively help people live all 1,440 minutes in each day purposefully and intentionally. Kerri Walsh Jennings is an American professional beach volleyball player, five-time Olympian, three-time Olympic gold medalist and one-time Olympic bronze medalist. Today, Kerri has her sights set on winning gold at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. Kerri grew up in the inspiring mountains of Northern California, where she fell in love with nature, competition, sports and chasing her dreams. The Walsh family (and its various extensions) is large, loving, fiercely competitive, extremely loyal and very familyfocused. They set the tone and Kerri followed. Kerri played high school volleyball and basketball for Archbishop Mitty in San Jose, where she earned a scholarship to Stanford University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies. Following her collegiate career, Kerri played in her first Olympic Games in 2000, representing the U.S. on the indoor volleyball team. Team USA took home fourth place and Kerri then immediately transferred to beach volleyball. Kerri is married to fellow professional beach volleyball player, Casey Jennings, and together they have three beautiful children. Kerri and Casey share many passions and their central focus in life together has centered around the love they share for each other, their beautiful family, their beloved sport of beach volleyball, kicking ass and personal development. Both Kerri and Casey aim for sustained excellence and know that the thoughtful and intentional development of their bodies, minds and spirits for the rest of their lives will help them to achieve what they want in life. Kerri has always been blessed with an amazing family and wonderful teammates, coaches, partners and friends. This is one of the primary reasons why she has been able to succeed in life. She looks forward to creating a dynamic, prolific and sustainable future for her sport. 8 CASEY JENNINGS Casey Jennings played soccer and volleyball in high school and while his first love was soccer, at the age of 15, he started to dive into the world of volleyball and the rest is history. Casey won the state championship in Nevada, where he was named firstteam All-American. He went on to begin his college volleyball career at Orange Coast Jr. College (OCC), becoming the first freshman captain ever at OCC. Casey then transferred to Golden West Jr. College, where his team won the state championship, before transferring to Brigham Young University (BYU), where he became an NCAA champion. Since college, Casey has been a top seed on the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) Tour for 17 years and continues to consistently finish in the top 10. He has finished in first place seven times on the AVP tour, and in 2013 was honored with a plaque on the Manhattan Beach Pier for his first-place win with partner Matt Fuerbringer. At the beginning of his career, he was named the AVP s Most Improved Player two years in a row, as well as Best Defensive Player in He was most recently honored as one of the 10 Best Defenders of all time by DiG Magazine. Casey was also ranked number eight in 2008 on the world tour with partner Matt Fuerbringer, but unfortunately missed the Olympics by one spot. Over his 22-year career to date, Casey has devoted much time and energy to volleyball, making him an inspiration for others wanting to follow a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally, and for knowing what it takes to go after your dreams. Casey is now devoted to his family of three children and his wife, Kerri Walsh Jennings. He is not chasing the American dream of the Olympics anymore, but still plays domestically at a professional level and is part of creating p1440 s foundation.

9 DAVE MAYS Dave Mays played a bit of volleyball growing up in sunny Southern California, giving him an appreciation for how great the sport is. In 2000, after college and his first job, he decided he wanted to see the world and set off with only a backpack. After a year of traveling, Dave returned with a new perspective and a drive to create something international and make a career out of it. Taking what he learned from traveling the globe and the small amount of commercial experience he had, Dave went to work for a large Canadian transport company in California, where he saw an emerging opportunity in e-commerce parcel logistics. In 2005, he started his own company, focusing on international package logistics and supply chains, which was sold to the Belgian postal authority in Through the journey of starting his own company, Dave managed 500+ employees, 500+ clients, operated in 30+ countries, and generated $400 million in revenue between the global business units under his command. In accomplishing his goals of creating an international business, Dave also drove tremendous growth and development in a highly competitive market. While working in partnership and often in competition with the largest companies in the world, Dave learned about business, relationships and success. In short, Dave isn t afraid of big projects and ambitions, especially when an opportunity for building something great exists. He will see anything through, which makes him a great managing partner to lead p1440 s global vision.

10 KASIA MAYS Kasia Mays brings more than 18 years of spa hospitality experience, coming from a background in the four and five Diamond luxury sectors of the hospitality industry. Through the years, she has garnered multiple industry awards and accolades through providing outstanding spa and hospitality performance. Kasia is currently a co-owner and founder of Älsa Energy, an energy drink mix for the body and mind. Her energy and focus allows her to succeed and her combination of experience, operational command and creative output makes her unmatched in her field. Kasia s spa career started after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from Westmont College and she began her hospitality career at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara. She quickly gained multiple responsibilities at the Four Seasons Biltmore as the children s activities director and in spa and pool management as well as in accounting as the credit manager, where she gained a strong knowledge of the financial side of the business. From there, Kasia excelled in the hospitality field, working with hotels such as the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, Ojai Valley Inn, and most recently The Resort at Pelican Hill. In these positions, Kasia honed her vision as a spa director of development to create intuitive marketing campaigns and to brainstorm fresh concepts for spa innovation and revenue generation, all while leaving her mark wherever she landed. Kasia s passion for ensuring consumer satisfaction and her eye for high quality and design make her the perfect visionary to shape p1440 s community and to make it a best-in-class experience.
