2 Welcome My Avon Office is designed with you in mind to help you to be super-efficient and grow your business. In this Handy Guide, find out more about the Dashboard. Log into your website in the usual way Remember: Best viewed via Chrome, Firefox or Safari

3 My Team Choose My Team option at the top of the My Avon Office page The My team pages give a detailed overview of the team structure and performance, all in one place. The information you find here will be for your whole network not just your immediate (G1-3) team.

4 Constant My Team Changing Business cards are available to you for each of your team members. There are some constant elements such as their LOA (length of association), account number and address. The changing piece is the different flags which change depending upon the status of that team member, in each campaign. You will also have a business card for yourself, where you will be G0 The Ultimate Upline

5 My Team LOA 0 Alerts Past Due By selecting the LOA 0 alerts, you will be presented with the business cards of new team members in that category. As with other information in My Avon Office, you are able to filter the options to suit you ie. by generation or individual downline Sales Leader. If this new team members starts to build their 1st order, they will also show in Saved Orders. It is important that you follow up with team members who have past due balances. Those team member may not have their order released and this could affect their discount and your commission/team structure. Title Change Alert Team Profile Look here to see who in your downline team has changed title at the end of the previous campaign. One thing to remember is that this section won t show your downlines Sales Leaders who have asked to be removed from the Advanced Leadership program. You will find these details in the section Upcoming SL Removal. This part of My Team will present you with your whole team. As you scroll to the bottom of the page, without applying any filters, here is where you will find a count of how many team members you have.

6 My Team Upcoming Demotions Upcoming Promotion As the title suggests, here is where you will be able to identify downlines within your team who s title may change. Tip: Think about what actions could you take to stop this. You guessed it! Here is where you will be able to identify downlines within your team who s title may change. Make contact to encourage them and offer further support Upcoming Sales Leader Removal This section of My Team shows downline Sales Leaders who may lose their team and become Representatives again. This could also affect your title. Re-motivate and offer them support

7 My Team Removed Representatives This page shows which Representatives have been removed and it can be filtered by Generation and Upline SL. If when removed there was a balance, if this is cleared within 6 campaigns of removal, they will appear as removed and could be reinstated. If a Removed Representative decides to reinstate themselves, their order can be seen in saved orders>waiting to bill. However, it won t then show in Invoiced Orders until the Mailplan update overnight. Upcoming Removals This part of My Avon Office shows your Upcoming Removals for the end of the campaign, in other words, your 2nd Inactives.

8 My Team For Removed Representative/Upcoming Removal Call your Representative to encourage them to reactivate (remember they need to have clear balance). Work with downline SLs to reactive their team members. Why not contact /motivate your Representative to place an order/clear their balance. If unable to save them, thank them and remind that they are welcome back at any time. Take customer list and ask for recommendations.
