L1H 327 The Eastview Boys and Girls club has been serving the children and youth of the Durham Region for over 47 years. We provide support and programs to thousands of youth who attend one of our units. As well as providing our core programs our club offers a wide array of services to many age groups including Nursery School, seniors' aquafit, restorative justice programs and more. From morning until evening each day our club is simply filled with activity. Our club is growing. In addition to our two units in Oshawa: the Eastview Clubhouse and the Northview Clubhouse, we have also expanded to operate in Whitby and Ajax. We are thrilled to be able to offer children and youth across the Durham Region with a safe and supportive place to learn and grow. Our annual Walk-A-Thon is one of our largest fundraisers. We are very excited to have our, first ever, Hollywood theme. To promote the club's strong connection to the City of Oshawa, we would be pleased to have you sponsor our Walk-A-Thon. 2 Eartview Boys and Gtris Club 13th Annual Walk-A-Thon "Hollywood" Saturday, May 7,2011 9:00 a.m. - 12:OO p.m. Northview Unit to the Eastview Unit SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES $2000 Grammy Winner Sponsor The Grammy winner sponsorship holds a V.1.P place for the walk. Your company will be mentioned as one of our lead sponsors in all of our media releases newsletters and interviews. Also your name and logo will be displayed on our posters and brochures in addition to its own backdrop the day of the walk for photo opportunities. Plus a team will carry a banner with the company's name and logo throughout the walk and a star post placed along the walk. $1000 Super Star Sponsor The super star sponsorship gets your company's name and logo displayed on our posters and brochures in addition to its own backdrop the day of the walk for photo opportunities. Also a team will carry a banner with the company's name and logo throughout the walk and a star post placed along the walk. $1000 equals the cost of a nutritional snack for 200 children for three months or a hot breakfast for the Saturday morning program for six months. $500 Hollywood Sponsor The Hollywood sponsor has your company's name and logo displayed on its own backdrop at the end of the walk for photo opportunities. As well as a team carrying a banner with the company name and logo throughout the walk and a star post placed along the walk. $500 equals 10 memberships which allows a child to attend The Boys and Girls Club afterschool programs allyear. $2 50 Team Sponsor Sponsor a team of our Walk-A-Thon and all participates and media will be made aware of your donation with a team carrying a banner with your company name and logo throughout the walk. Also, your company name and logo with be prominently displayed on our "Thanks to our Sponsors" poster at the end of the walk and a star post place along the walk. $250 provides a week of nutritious snacks for children involved in the after-school program.
