SAC Publicity Regulations: To conclude her report, Linda talked about SAC Publicity Regulations. Linda handed out a SAC Publicity Regulations form that lists what is allowed, and what is not, regarding publicity on campus. For example; it is consider graffiti if you write on the schools pavement with chalk when you don t have permission. A couple clubs did this recently, unaware that this is against the college regulations.there could be consequences for anyone who writes on the ground with chalk, and we don t want that, so please review the SAC Publicity Regulations and ask for approval for any and all advertisement for your clubs. 6 NEW BUSINESS Constitution Revisions: The new revised version of ICC Constitution and By-Laws is available for clubs to review. We have to suspend the rules for some articles, only for this election, because if we don t suspend them, we might not have an entire board for next semester. One of the rules is Article 4, Section 2 from the Constitution, stating that No more than one person per club/organization can be on the ICC Executive Board. The other rule is Article 8, Section 2 of the Constitution, which states, A proposed amendment shall be read into the minutes and documented two weeks prior to a vote on that amendment. Miriam Godinez and Armando Sandoval were given the opportunity to speak on their own behalf as candidates for the ICC Board elections. They are both from the Puente Club.
