2 Motion to approve minutes of February 24, 2010 by National Broadcasting Society, seconded by Art Club, motion passed (17-0-0) Motion to approve minutes of March 3, 2010 by Art Club, seconded by National Broadcasting Society, motion passed (17-0-0). 2. Public Comment: (This time is reserved for members of the public to address the board on any agenda items. A time limit of two minutes per person, ten minutes per topic will be strictly enforced by a two-thirds majority vote.) 2.1. Cassandra Leimel, from Radio-TV-Film production, asked for club representatives to let her know about upcoming club events on campus so that she can assist in publicizing. Anyone interested should speak with her after the meeting. 3. Discussion: (Each person will be allowed to speak on each item a maximum of two times. There is a two minute time limit for each time. This ensures timeliness to all participating. In the interest of time, please try not to repeat what has already been said.) 3.1. Discussion of ICC Meeting time for academic year (Student Organizations Director Desirae Davis and Advisor Sara Glasgow) Discussion by club representatives was to keep ICC meetings on the same day and at the same time Point of personal privilege-asg-sbvc Vice President Damaris Castillo- Torres Discussion of Club Rush date and time for fall 2010 (Student Organizations Director Desirae Davis) Typically held the sixth week in September. Club representatives were invited to go back to their clubs and bring suggestions for location, date and time for fall Discussion of ASG-SBVC Elections (Student Organizations Director Desirae Davis) Spring General Elections Packets were given out. Additional election packets are available online and from the Office of Student Life General dates were discussed Discussion of Student Body Center Referendum (Student Organizations Director Desirae Davis and Advisor Sara Glasgow) Needs club support manning the tables. Please see Sara after the meeting if you or your club is interested. 4. Action: (Each person will be allowed to speak on each item a maximum of two times.
