1 SPONSORSHIP at WALLABY HILL Wallaby Hill 3 Day Event CCI 3,2 & 1*, EvA105, Eva95 30 November 3 December 2017 The Wallaby Hill International 3 Day showcases Australian Eventing at its best. The gruelling 3 day competition starts with the Dressage taking place on Wallaby Hill s beautiful grass arena in front of the trade village. Day 2 sees the thrills and spills of crosscountry out on Wallaby Hill s stunningly presented track. Day 3 sees the return of horses to the grass arena for the Show-jumping. The country s top horse and rider combinations will be vying for the top spot on the Wallaby Hill podium, especially with the World Equestrian Games looming next year. We are delighted to be offering sponsorship opportunities for you & your business. We would love to have you involved with this competition, which is fast becoming one of Australia s most prestigious events. Wallaby Hill is also offering the opportunity to our International 3 day partners to sponsor the very popular Equestrian Extravaganza as part of a discounted double package. The Wallaby Hill Equestrian Extravaganza takes place on Sunday 11 February This events attracts both Australia s top riders along with those coming up through the ranks in the three Olympic disciplines of Dressage, Show-Jumping & Eventing. Again we will see Eventers pit themselves against the Showjumpers in fancy dress, jumping to music while our sponsors are wined and dined in our VIP marquee. Both events provide Sponsors with a great opportunity to promote their business and gain access to the Equestrian market in a very picturesque setting. To ensure the event attracts maximum coverage we use: Social media Facebook & Instagram pages - the average reach on the Wallaby Hill page is 2500 and it is followed by approx people. Coverage on the Wallaby Hill website and other industry related websites Mainstream media releases and several local publications and equestrian Magazines Sit Tight Phone App radio commentary In return to our sponsors we include: Naming rights are available to eight classes, which will be assigned depending on level of support. Advertisement in the official program, Full or Half page Your branding displayed on the Wallaby Hill website plus a link to your website Your branding displayed on the Wallaby Hill Facebook page Branding or advertisement on event related publications. Public announcements throughout the event/s Photo opportunities for future promotions Trade Village, a display Marquee (size dependant on level of sponsorship) Opportunities to display signage Opportunities to supply handouts In order to the best value for your sponsorship dollar, we request that all sponsor arrangements and advertising material be received by the 25th September Ads and signage to be supplied by sponsor Our demographic: Competitors range from International level, Olympic, & professional riders through to grassroots amateur and junior riders, both male and female. The riders ages span from 16 year olds to 70 plus! They travel to the event from all over Australia. Both rider and spectator profile is made up of people from all walks of life with various levels of income. Visitor number are on the increase and we are in the process of making provisions with council to accommodate significantly more. Spectators come from both within and outside the equestrian community as the events at Wallaby Hill are starting to become a yearly fixture in people s diaries.

We appreciate there may not be an appropriate sponsorship level on offer or one still available, in which case we are more than happy to discuss with you ways in which your company can help out and ensure the Wallaby Hill International 3 Day event is a growing success.
