1 Tregenza Times Old Collegians Rugby Union Football Club Inc March 1st 2016 Newsletter Super Hero Night an Outstanding Success A great night was had by all who attended and we raised approximately $10,000 in support of the Suttell Family, through door takings, silent & major auctions, raffle, BBQ, percentage of bar, and many generous donations made by club members, several of whom could not attend on the night. We wish Amelia well during her treatment in Sydney. Best Costume was awarded to: Peter Cross and runner up: Peet (The Hulk) Arnold A Big Thank You to Rob Costanzo (#1 Batman) who organised the Fund Raising evening and many thanks to all who assisted with success of the night by donating items for the auction and the raffle, for cooking the BBQ, decorating the club rooms, etc. And to all those young and old, small and large who came dressed as their favourite SUPER HERO!!!!!!!!!!!

2 Meg s Worlds Greatest Shave Today, 34 Australians will be given the devastating news that they have blood cancer. I personally know 3 different people who have had to go through treatment for Leukaemia and I am only 12 so don't know a lot of people yet. I want to try and raise money to help. I am colouring my hair pink on March 10 and would like to raise as much money as I can to help support families with Leukaemia and try and find a cure. Please sponsor me. 3 Steak Nights are Back! Due to popular demand our Scotch fillet steaks will again be available from Thursday 3rd March for dinner after Senior training. Our wonderful volunteer and Life Member, Ted, has kindly offered to again be our BBQ super chef for MARCH OLD COLLEGIANS COME AND TRY RUGBY UNION Free Sausage Sizzle Time: 5.30pm We are sure he would appreciate some help from time to time, especially on busy nights! Each Senior team will be asked to assist on a roster basis with serving and cleaning up afterwards. Mobile: Vale: Christine Allport Christine passed away peacefully on the 24th February after a short illness. Wife of Jeremy (Mad Dog) Allport, beloved mother of our ex collegian Simon Allport.
