A licensed, insured peratr is required t run the lift. A cpy f license and insurance must be prvided prir t use. Many like the lk f bales fr seating and/r decrative accent. The Venue can crdinate this ancillary rental service fr yu if yu wuld like but please be aware f the fllwing csts, plicies and recmmended prcedures when selecting this decr. Straw bales are better than hay bales as they are easier t clean up. They can nly be used n the Events Lawn r in the Curtyard. If hay bales are set n the Events Lawn, they must be Certified Weed Free! Bth ptins cst $15.00/each with a minimum f 3 bales per rental rder. When using inside, a prtective layer needs t be under t prtect the flr. The planner is respnsible t crdinate the clean-up, restacking in the designated lcatin, arrange the cleaning staff and all needs t be cmplete in the ne hur strike. Histrically, if the bales are used, 25-50% f the damage depsit is retained by the venue fr additinal cleaning csts. If Crked Willw Farms is cntracted t clean, the fee f $250 per additinal hur will be assessed. The average size f Straw Bales are 14 tall, 19 wide and 36 lng. Electrical: Curtyard: There are very few utlets in the Curtyard but can be pulled frm the interir (mstly in the arched drways where the bars are recmmended t g). The existing nes are by the funtain (next t the big sliding dr that ges int the ballrm). There are three utlets, 20 amps n the building (nt n the grund). Venue Plicies at-a-glance (see cntract fr full listing f plicies) All s are based n a 10-hur venue access perid, wedding celebratins are 12-hurs. The venue access must include set up, time and tear dwn. Events are limited t 6 hurs f time, including ne hur fr ceremny* and five hurs f receptin time. *where applicable Events must cnclude by 11:00PM, with vendr strike and equipment remval cncluding by 12:00AM. Extensin f time will be billed at $500/hr, nt pr-rated and required t be arranged in advance but end time cannt exceed 11:00PM. Rehearsals, which are ptinal, are limited t ne hur based n availability and scheduled by The Venue and may have an additinal fee f $ when held n Friday, Saturday r Sunday.
