Using lively pattern dances and upbeat music for a fun and fantastic workout. Cardio, strength, balance, & flexibility. A great class for active seniors. Please note: Monday and Friday are separate registrations. Works out to $2.15 per class or $4.30 for both days Solid Gold Dance Fitness Fridays 9:00 am $15 Mind-Body Works Mondays 2:00 pm $37 Rejuvenate your body and mind with this class that combines a variety of disciplines included.
