3 DIGITAL TICKETING / BALLPARK APP ONLINE TICKETING Online Ticketing provides easy access to season tickets. As opposed to receiving a hard ticket, Season Ticket Holders will receive their tickets (as well as parking if applicable) in an online My White Sox Tickets account on whitesox.com. From this online account, fans can print their tickets at home (TicketFast), send their tickets to their smartphone, transfer tickets to family or friends, or re-sell tickets. Season Ticket Holders will have access to their tickets earlier than ever, can easily transfer tickets to friends, and ticket partners can access Guaranteed Rate Field using their smartphones. This will minimize lost and stolen ticket problems for fans and create exceptional convenience. On mobile phones, fans can easily access their tickets, stadium maps, and White Sox news and information all in one place. With this program, your tickets are always with you when you need them. Search for Ballpark in the app store, then log in to personalize your visit to Guaranteed Rate Field! LINK YOUR ACCOUNT TO ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL TICKETS: STEP 1: Select the Ticket tab and tap Manage Ticket Accounts. STEP 2: Select your team, enter the address tied to the ticket account, and tap Link Your Account. STEP 3: Click on the link sent to the address to confirm your account.

4 SEASON TICKET HOLDER BENEFITS ATTENDANCE REWARD PROGRAM As a full or partial Season Ticket Holder, you can earn credit toward future season ticket plans simply by using your season tickets this year. The more games you attend, the more you earn! PERCENTAGE OF 2018 SEASON TICKET PLAN GAMES ATTENDED DURING THE SEASON Example: John Doe has four Split Season tickets (27 games), so he has 108 total tickets. If John uses 100 of his tickets over the course of the regular season (92.6%), he would receive 3% of what he paid for those four season tickets toward his 2019 season ticket purchase. Full and Partial season ticket holders are automatically enrolled in this Rewards Program, and we will keep you updated on your status throughout the season! SPECIAL EVENTS FULL SEASON (81 GAMES) IN-SEASON APPRECIATION EVENTS All Season Ticket Holders will receive invitations to exclusive in-season Season Ticket Holder parties throughout the season so we can appreciate you! GRINDER BASH Grinder Bash is an exclusive weekend event held mid-season for Season Ticket Holders. Season Ticket Holders will have access to the warning track, visitors clubhouse, and many other areas of Guaranteed Rate Field not accessible to the average fan! IN-SEASON CHALK TALK EVENTS All season ticket holders will receive invitations to attend at least one (1) pre-game meet & greet with a current manager, player or coach. Unused game tickets may be exchanged at any point of the 2018 regular season for best available seats in an equivalent section (based on availability). Tickets will be accessible via your White Sox Online Account Manager. No exchanges are accepted at the Guaranteed Rate Box Office windows. Stadium Club passes cannot be exchanged. PRIORITY TO PURCHASE HUNTINGTON BANK STADIUM CLUB Make an impression with clients, reward employees, or enjoy a meal with family and friends in the Huntington Bank Stadium Club. Enjoy world-famous Levy Restaurants fine dining and service while taking in a breathtaking panoramic view of the field. Memberships are available exclusively to the Chicago White Sox Full and Partial Season Ticket Holders and offer access to the restaurant and lounge before, during, and after every home game. Individual tickets to the Huntington Bank Stadium Club are available (based on availability). DIAMOND SUITE There is no better place to watch a Chicago White Sox game than in a Suite. Suites are available for single games and on a full season basis. All suites offer a premium experience with theater-style seating, a bar area and plenty of room to socialize. Single game suites include a basic menu and drink package. SUITE 134 Our only suite on the lower level concourse! This 25-person Suite is conveniently located in section 134 providing the benefits of lower level seats with the luxury of a premium suite. PRE-GAME PATIO Host a pregame Patio Party at Guaranteed Rate Field and treat your group of 20 to 1,300 fans to an all you can eat buffet! The Patio provides an excellent field-level view from the right-center field warning track. It s a great place to watch batting practice and the first half-hour of the game. WARNING TRACK PARTY Treat your group of 20 to 100 fans to a pregame Patio Party buffet and then enjoy the game from the Warning Track area! At the conclusion of the pregame Patio Party, you and your guests will receive an additional hour of beverage service. Your seating will be in the Warning Track area the entire game with a great view of the field! BULLPEN PORCH The Bullpen Porch is an all-inclusive area that holds up to 56 guests in right field. The Bullpen Porch is just above field level on top of the Craft Kave. The spacious area includes field facing tables and seating for every guest. Connected to the Craft Kave, the Bullpen Porch includes an indoor area with buffet style food selection including Chicago-style hot dogs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, coleslaw, chips, Coca-Cola products and beer!

To activate your Sox Charge account, you must complete the 2018 Sox Charge Form. To access the Sox Charge Authorization Form, please visit Please be sure to include your credit card number and the list of persons who you want to have access to purchase additional tickets. 7 FAQ S Q: What time do the gates to the ballpark open? A: The gates to the ballpark typically open 90 minutes before game time for each home game. Parking lots open two hours prior to game time. Q: Is smoking permitted in Guaranteed Rate Field? A: The use of tobacco products including smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes is prohibited in the ballpark and the ramps. Violators are subject to ejection and fines imposed under Chicago Municipal Code Chapter 7-32 and Illinois Compiled Statutes 410 ilcs 82. A designated area for the use of tobacco products is located on the ground level of Gate 5 on the north side of 35th Street, and at the ground level of Gate 2. Guests failing to comply with this policy will be asked to surrender his/her ticket and leave the ballpark. Q: What items can be carried into Guaranteed Rate Field? A: Guests may carry in food in a small, see-through plastic bag, soft-sided bags no larger than 16 x 16 x 8 (which will be searched prior to entering the park), and one sealed plastic bottle of water, one liter or less in size. Bottles, cans, hard-sided coolers or beverages of any kind other than a sealed water bottle may not be carried into the park. Q: What form of ticket is the easiest to enter with? A: The easiest way to show your ticket is through the Ballpark App. By downloading and linking your account you will have all of your White Sox tickets at the touch of a button! TAILGATING Tailgating is permitted before every game in all lots starting two hours prior to the game (when the lots open) and concludes when the game starts. Tailgating is not permitted in auxiliary (IIT/McCormick Place) lots. Please use small grills only. To keep the atmosphere fun for all, kegs are not permitted. For extra safety, please bring a gallon of water to extinguish your coals after cooking. For your convenience, metal containers are provided for coal disposal. Please keep grills a safe distance from all vehicles. Never put hot coals under your car. Due to the City of Chicago open container law, you should not leave the parking lots carrying alcohol. Intervention with an impaired guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field. From the Red Line, exit at the Sox/35th Street stop. From the Green Line, exit at the 35th/Bronzeville/IIT stop. Fans may also take the Metra Rock Island Line, which stops at the Lovana S. Lou Jones/Bronzeville Station at 35th and LaSalle Streets, just two blocks east of the ballpark.
