1 MARLINS SET TO HOST PHILLIES, CUBS, CARDINALS, METS Series to Feature Concert with Gilberto Santa Rosa as part of Baker Concrete Super Saturdays MIAMI The Florida Marlins are set to host the Philadelphia Phillies (September 13- September 15), the Chicago Cubs (September 17- September 19), the St. Louis Cardinals (September 20) and the New York Mets (September 21-22) at Sun Life Stadium. The nine-game homestand will feature fan giveaways, including: a Marlins Dry Performance Shirt courtesy of Coca-Cola as part of Billy Bingo (September 17), a Marlins Latin Cow Bell courtesy of Metro Ford (September 18) and a Dan Uggla Rain Poncho presented by Lauderdale Infiniti (September 19). The homestand will also feature several special events, including: Jiffy Lube Fiesta Friday on September 17, Baker Concrete Super Saturday featuring Gilberto Santa Rosa (September 18) and Marlins Family Sunday on September 19. Starting Monday, September 13, the Marlins kick off the homestand against the Philadelphia Phillies for a three-game series. First pitch is set for 7:10 P.M. at Sun Life Stadium. Fans are encouraged to take advantage of the Subway Monday promotion, where fans receive (2) $5 Bullpen Box Marlins tickets with the purchase of a $5 foot long sub. On Tuesday, September 14 fans can look in the Tuesday edition of The Miami Herald for the Herald Two for Tuesday coupon and get two-for-one Bullpen Box tickets. On Wednesday, September 15 fans can enjoy in-game performers, DJ Petey, Billy The Marlin, Mermaids, Maniacs or visit Marlins Fan Headquarters (sec 146), where fans can spin the prize wheel, play MLB2k10 on four of the XBOX 360 kiosks, register to win prizes, and sign up for the Marlins Fan Club and Billy s Bunch Kids Club. After an off day, the homestand will continue against the Chicago Cubs on Friday, September 17. Fans can get the Marlins 4 for $54 package, featuring 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs, 4 sodas and 2 Marlins game day programs starting at $54 or purchase the Marlins All You Can Eat Seats. Also, fans can celebrate the music and culture of Venezuela for Venezuelan Heritage Night presented by AT&T. 500 Venezuelan mini flags will be available at Marlins Fan Headquarters while supplies last. 2,500 fans will win a Marlins Dry Performance Shirt courtesy of Coca-Cola as part of Billy Bingo. Fans can also and stay after the game for the 10th Inning Party at the Strike Zone. The series against the Cubs continues on Saturday, September 18 at 7:10 P.M. with Baker Concrete Super Saturday. This Saturday will be headlined by a post-game on-field concert featuring Gilberto Santa Rosa, following a fireworks spectacular. Also, the first 25,000 fans will receive a Marlins Latin Cow Bell courtesy of Metro Ford.

2 On Marlins Family Sunday, September 19 fans are invited to join the pre-game festivities at the Strike Zone including games and activities from Radio Disney and fans can take pictures with a Marlins player. In addition, the first 5,000 kids will receive a Dan Uggla Rain Poncho presented by Lauderdale Infiniti and kids get to run the bases in the Diamond Dash after the game. U.S. military staff can also take advantage of the Stars and Stripes ticket program and receive complementary tickets. The homestand will continue on Monday, September 20 against the St. Louis Cardinals. First pitch is set for 3:10 P.M. 6 GILBERTO SANTA ROSA SUPER SATURDAY PERFORMANCE PRESENTED BY AT&T: Legendary salsa performer Gilberto Santa Rosa is part of the select few artists recognized by Billboard Magazine as an artist of the decade. A celebrated musician for more than 30 years, El Caballero de la Salsa, is one of the most prominent singers of tropical music. Puerto Rican Santa Rosa developed a unique style of "soneo" (improvisation) in salsa that has gained him success in both "tropical" and "romantic" styles of the music. In the 1980s, Santa Rosa formed his own band and released a number of hits, including "Good Vibration, "De Amor y Salsa" (Of Love and Salsa), "Punto de Vista" (Point of View), "Vivir Sin Ella" (Living without Her) and "Perspectiva." In 1990, Santa Rosa was awarded the Billboard Lo Nuestro Award for Best Male Singer. Santa Rosa's hits continued with the albums "Expresion" and "Romantico." He released "Viceversa" in 2002 and then a joint live album with Víctor Manuelle, "Dos Soneros, Una Historia," three years later. In 2006, he released, "Directo Al Corazon", and in 2007 he released Contraste which received Gold and Platinum certification. Concert and fireworks are included in the purchase of a game ticket. ROBERTO CLEMENTE AWARD PRESENTATION: The Marlins will be honoring John Baker for tremendous work in the community and for being one of the 2010 Roberto Clemente Award nominees. All 30 nominees exemplify the humanitarian efforts that have immortalized Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente, who tragically lost his life in a plane crash while delivering supplies to earthquake victims in Nicaragua. John Baker spent his time prior to spring training traveling to Kuwait and Iraq visiting our troops. Upon returning from the trip Baker has participated in Pros vs GI Joes, a video gaming event where athletes compete against soldiers overseas via XBOX; as well as having been a part in starting the Marlins Letters to the Troops campaign. In addition, during his stint on the DL, he teamed up with Food for the Poor and traveled to visit the victims of the catastrophic earthquake that leveled Haiti. After witnessing the devastation first hand he led the way for the Marlins Homes for Haiti campaign that is raising $150,000 to build an entire village of homes. JIFFY LUBE PRIZE PATROL: During every Saturday home game, The Jiffy Lube Prize Patrol team along with Lubie the Mascot will circle the parking lot to find the most passionate Marlins tailgaters! FAMILY DAY: The Marlins, Broward County Council of PTA/PTSAs, Miami Dade County Council of PTA/PTSAs, and the National Center on Addiction and Alcohol Abuse at Columbia University have teamed up in celebrating Family Day - A Day to Eat Dinner with Your Children TM, a national

As part of this program, schools from South Florida have been invited to participate by offering discounted tickets to their families and friends to this game. The schools are also given the opportunity to use this as a PTA fundraiser. FIELD OF DREAMS EXPERIENCE: As part of the Fantasy Auction held on June 25 th, one of the packages offered was The Field of Dreams. Following the game the group will change in the Visiting Team s locker room, and play a 60 minute game on the MLB field here at Sun Life Stadium. SNAPSHOT SUNDAY: The first 100 Marlins fans will have the chance to have their photograph taken with a Marlins player. Photo vouchers are handed out at the gates on a first-come first serve basis. The entrance for Diamond Dash is through section 140 / 141 and fans can begin lining up in the 8 th Parents may walk them down to the field, but not participate unless their child needs assistance. PARKING AND GATE OPENING: Parking lots at Sun Life Stadium will open two hours prior to game time (Gate 4 will open two and a half hours prior to game time). Stadium gates H and G will open

FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION S DESIGNATED DRIVER PLEDGE AND SAFE DRIVER SEATS UPGRADE : During every Marlins home game, fans will have the opportunity to sign a Designated Driver pledge located at Fan Headquarters on the 100 Concourse Level. Every Designated Driver Pledge will be entered into the drawing for a seat upgrade to the Florida Department of Transportation s Safe Driver Seats located in the Founder s Field. One lucky Designated Driver and their guest per game will win a complimentary seat upgrade. FORD HIT IT HERE PROMOTION: During every Marlins home game, one lucky fan will be selected as the Ford Hit-it-Here Contestant.
