Please read & review all details carefully. ELIGIBILITY: Riders must have had their 5 th birthday before 23/07/2017. Riders must be a ci'zen of New Zealand Riders must have entered and competed or provided medical evidence for not compe'ng at the 2017 BMX New Zealand Na'onal Championships World Championships Qualifica7on A rider ranked in the top 8 at the BMX NZ Na'onal Championships, the year immediately preceding any World Championships, shall qualify for the World Championships, provided the rider has a current licence and has qualified for, entered and competed at the Na'onal Championships for the current year. The remaining qualifying places for any World Championships shall be determined from the current year Na'onal Championship rankings, taken in order of finishing posi'on un'l the total rider entry alloca'on limit is reached. Riders who are ranked W1 to W8 at the 2016 Worlds have automa'c qualifica'on to the 2017 Worlds. Riders that did not enter the 2017 Na'onal Championships or did not finish in a top 8 posi'on in the 2017 Na'onals, may enter a wildcard entry (see separate Wild Card online entry)

2 - Challenge Event Guidelines LICENCE REQUIRED: ALL riders must hold a current BMX New Zealand issued Sprocket or Challenge licence, prior to entering the event. OFFSHORE LICENCES: If you need a BMXNZ licence to enter online, please contact Dion at 2017worlds@bmxnz.co.nz RACE FORMAT: Standard UCI format under current UCI rules, chapter 6. Refer REGISTRATION: Team Management will advise details of the registra'on 'me and loca'on at Rock Hill. NUMBER PLATES: Riders will be provided with number plates. RACE JERSEY: All riders must wear the official BMXNZ issue race jersey at all prac'ce and race sessions. Only the 2017 FIRST Cycling NZ logo versions are acceptable for racing. Riders must order a minimum of 1 race jersey, there is no maximum number that can be ordered. Race jerseys must be ordered and paid for at 'me of entry. Please ensure you clearly note the correct size format to be ordered i.e. Youth XS, Women s XS, Men s XS. WILD CARD ENTRY: Applica'on for a wild card entry must be made directly to BMX New Zealand prior to the close of wild card entries. Details of the reason for wild card applica'on and BMX experience of the rider. If not licenced already by BMX New Zealand, comple- 'on of the licence form and payment of the fee is also required with entry. Payment of jersey order. Wild card entries will only be considered for under subscribed classes. 5 New Zealand Na7onal BMX Jersey Size Guide Men s BMX Jersey - Size Guide The sizing charts (right) provided to us by the supplier are in inches. Women s BMX Jersey - Size Guide It is strongly suggested that you measure in inches and order accordingly. If you need to convert the measurements to metric there are many online conversion programmes that can be used. Type convert inches to cen'metres into google search and use any of the op'ons supplied. It is recommended that you check the answer on two different conversion charts as a cross check of the measurement. Youth BMX Jersey - Size Guide Centre Back Disclaimer BMX New Zealand will not be held responsible for any sizing variances from the chart provided.
