Witness stated she was behind unit 1 traveling north on Rt. 77 when unit one was making left turn on to Spurwink Rd. Diagram Witness stated she was passing unit 1 on the right when impact happened. She stated she did not see impact, but saw cyclist sliding across pavement. Cyclist stated he was heading south on Rt. 77 when unit 1 turned in front of him.
