1 Fall ECIC 2018 Lancaster High School Sunday October 28 th, 2018 Saturday October 27 th, 2018 (Set-up) 3pm-5pm What needs to be done: tables in gym, cafeteria & field house, chairs in gym & field house, directory signs on walls, signs on tables for vendors, garbage cans. 1. Mike Strong **All cheerleaders must be there this day to set up the mats in the field house and in the Java gym** Day of Competition Information Sunday October 28 th, 2018 First teams start arriving at 7:30am Doors open at 9am Morning session: 9:30am to noon 45 minute break Afternoon session: 1pm-3pm Concessions & vendors will be in the Cafeteria Warm-ups will be in the Field House Cheerleader bags & belongings will be stored in the old Java gym Judges Room: Faculty Dining Room Main Competition in new Java Gym
