3 VI. VII. Pre-Season Workouts Begin the week of Monday, June 29 th and will continue through the week of Monday, August 3 rd. a. GO TO WHAT YOU CAN!!! 1 time a week is better than none, but multiple is even better! b. Meet at south end pavilion of the Spring Lake boardwalk c. Get there early to stretch; run begins on the dot! d. Schedule i. 8am= & Alex Kurtz ii. Olivia Santos & iii. Meg & iv. Thursday@ 7am= Petillo & v. Friday= Off vi. Saturdays= On your own, do some type of cardio! vii. 7pm= e. Senior Responsibilities i. Must wear MHS Girls Soccer apparel so you re noticeable to incoming freshmen ii. Take attendance and send it to me iii. Stretch both before and after each run!!! iv. If both of you CANNOT make your time, you must do the following: 1. Ask another senior to run your session and let me know who it is ASAP 2. If no senior can do it for you, then text me the day before to let me know so I can sent out a cancellation through Remind 101 and DO NOT CANCEL DAY OF! Soccer Camp Options a. Monmouth University i. Not the time to START getting into shape! b. PHYSICALS MUST BE COMPLETED AND REVIEWED PRIOR TO TRY-OUTS OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL CLEARED!!! i. Again, nurse is NOT in everyday, so the sooner you get this done the better! c. Mornings of Wednesday August 12 th, Thursday August 13 th, & Friday August 14 th i. Times will be confirmed as it gets closer d. Saturday, August 15 th (early morning) will be a run and stretch at the high school where lists will be posted e.
