Kendall (approved 9-0) IV. Open Forum Public Nikki Sickmann is in attendance as an option for the coordinator for Equip/Field Director V. Old Business Review of Meeting with Farmington Park and Rec: Summary was provided in packet Swing to Win: all the documentation is taken care, the website is created. Link is private at the moment but will be up soon FTBA & Other Tournaments Message/Policy: a rough draft was provided by Ron. Feedback was provided and a final proposal will be provided next month SOP & Timeline: please keep working on your documents. As you complete them, forward a copy to Garrett. Website Review: All board members are expected to take care of their own pages. If you need assistance let Kristi or Craig know. Facility Scheduling and Fundraising Positions: Craig will send out an and then everyone should make personal contacts to try to recruit someone they know that may be able to fill these positions Safe Deposit Box: Nothing has happened with this yet Coordinators Bill McClure has asked Nikki Sickmann to be his coordinator for the Equip/Field Director position VI. New business Coach and Player Development Committee The Coach and Player Development committee was authorized. An addition to the tasks was added to include a mid-season evaluation is completed with players and communicated to parents and a copy of the evaluation for the entire team is sent

2 to the C&PDD. Motion by Lewis, 2 nd by Kukowski passed 9-0 Note- The Coaches handbook should be completed and online by Feb 1 st. Coach and Player Development Coach Selection Proposal The committee proposed that in cases where a parent is coaching a team, a coach may be considered as the head coach for a team, if his child falls in the top 12 players on the list at the time of the team consideration. Motion by Lewis, 2 nd by Kukowski (This will be added into both the coach handbook and the parent handbook) Passed 9-0 Tryout Committee Authorization The Tryout committee was authorized. Motionby Kukowski, 2 nd by S. Kendall Passed 9-0 The Tryout committee had 4 proposed changes to tryouts. A handout was provided with the details on1) outside evaluators, 2) the use of new coaching applicants in tryout rankings, 3) 9 year olds on a 10 AAA team and 4) Locked players. Motion Kukowski, S kendall. Passed 9-0 Our keypad for the shed was damaged; a new one has been installed and is now working again VII. Director Roundtable Updates Bill - waiting on mound cover pricing and wants to buy 2 new ones. Equip bags are $80 each, balls are $41 game. Ordering 30doz for younger ages and 15doz for older ages. Will get catcher mitt needs by Tuesday. Need to do field walk through soon. Kukowski - need to decide on the tournament, proposes to stay with same. Needs to get them in by the 18th and post by Dec 1 to try get some early registrations. Shawna - not much to add on her specific area. However, she is planning the parent night out and will look at locations. She would also take any help on this project. Krisit - registration needs to open by Jan 1st. Jill - working with Corey on mock ups for jersey and coach apparel. She will need to order things sooner than later to make sure we have items on time. Ron - book club went very well with 16 people. He has talked to Graff about the Feb indoor coaches clinic. He will look at doing a parent meeting in late April when the outdoor clinic takes place to cover some of the things that are talked about in Inside Out Coaching. VIII. IX.
