3 ABOUT DP Welcome to Dancers Paradise, an invitational dance experience created by Scott Forsyth, Mark Ward and Lukas Lock. As creators of the first all-inclusive destination competition, we have combined the elements of a competition, vacation, and intensive training environment. This experience will be hosted at the luxurious all-inclusive resort, Barcelo Maya Beach Resort in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, May 19-24th, Not only do crews have the chance to win $15,000 in cash and prizes, but more importantly they have the opportunity to meet and party with dancers from all around the world in paradise! Escape with us to a place where you are treated like royalty while learning and being challenged by some of the world s best choreographers. 5 TRIP BREAKDOWN & FAQ INDIVIDUAL DANCER As an individual dancer it is best to book with a partner/guest/friend so you are able to stay in a Double Room with 2 Queen Beds. If you do not have anyone to stay with, we can attempt to find a roommate for you. This is not guaranteed and the single room rate will apply. YOUR TRIP INCLUDES All DP activities, a ticket to watch the dance competition, as well as any optional dance activities, 2 on 2 battles & Dance Workshop. WHAT DOES ALL-INCLUSIVE INCLUDE? Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurants, unlimited drinks available 24 hours a day (alcoholic drinks for guests 18 and older). Tips and taxes included. Minibar inside your room stocked daily with bottled water, soft drinks and domestic beer; In-room coffee maker with bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and cream included Robes and slippers, free use of towels and deck chairs around the pool and on the beach Daily and nightly entertainment with activities for all ages EXTRA? The only extra costs are the Concert and Excursion. Pricing will be announced in the new year. SPECTATOR/GUEST As a spectator or guest, your trip cost includes all of the same perks that the dancers get, excluding the workshop or dance related activities. WHAT DOES TRIP COST INCLUDE? Price includes all you can eat, drink, registration fee, workshop fee and hotel room based on two, three or four people per room. WHAT IS EXTRA? The price excludes the DP concert on Day 4 and the optional excursion on Day 5. 5

6 GENERAL ITINERARY The trip consists of a 5 or 7 night stay at the Barceló Maya Beach Resort, set in a magnificent all-inclusive paradise situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with over 2 km of fine white sand, crystal-clear waters and a stunning coral reef. Competition, Workshop, Parties, Excursions, Games and Contests. DAY 1 Opening Ceremonies Dancers are welcomed and teams are introduced according to their country. Huge opportunity for teams to meet and mingle with dancers from all around the world. Every dancer receives a swag bag while we go over the full week itinerary. Following the opening ceremonies will be tech rehearsals. We encourage teams to mingle, be social and have breakfast and lunch together each day. DAY 2 Competition Day The day starts with the 2 VS. 2 all-style battles. Following the battles, competition will take place in the Palenque Theatre hosted by the one and only Ricky Cole. Following the competition is our highly anticipated Dancers Paradise Afterparty which starts on the beach and then continues at JAGUARS night club, located on the resort - only a 3 minute walk from your hotel room. 6

7 DAY 3 Activities Day Now that the competition is over, it s time to relax and let loose. Our most anticipated event is our Massive Pool Party where we give out a ton of cash prizes at our poolside contests. Additionally we host a World Beach Volleyball Tournament for bragging rights and in the evening there is a Cash Poker Tournament with open tables for a variety of other card games. DAY 4 Workshop + Concert Learn from the best choreographers in the community at our Masterclass Workshops followed by an intimate Q&A session. NEW for 2017! We are hosting a live concert with musicians, DJ s and headlined by a Grammy Nominated Recording Artist. Lineup to be revealed soon! DAY 5 Excursion Day + Closing Ceremonies Dancers will have the opportunity to experience some of the most beautiful sights in Mexico including sacred cenotes and tropical forest zip-lines. Following the excursion will be the closing ceremonies where prizes, scholarships, and awards are given away and we say our final goodbye! 7

From the amazing talent on stage, to the quality education, to the amazing bonding activities, there was an amazing sense of community present at this competition. You have a chance to compete against the world s best and celebrate together as a dance community as well.
