2 Chef The Spic y O live's Strawberry and Avocado Spinac h Salad with Ras pberry Bals am ic Vinaigrette Ingredients : 5 oz Baby Spinach package 2 cups Strawberries sliced 1 Avocado diced 4 slices Bacon cooked or crumbled 1/4 cup Blue Cheese 1/4 cup Pecans coarsely chopped 1/4 cup The Spicy Olive's Raspberry balsamic vinaigrette*(see below) *Ras pberry Bals am ic Vinaigrette Ingredients : 1/3 tbsp Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar Orangetheory Fitness is now open at Austin Landing and you may be asking what is Orangetheory Fitness? Orangetheory Fitness is the fastest growing fitness franchise in the United States. It's a 60 minute heart rate based interval training program that the New York Times has called the "Best 60 minute workout in the country". Orangetheory Fitness classes provide members with a one of a kind, group personal training workout featuring the energy and fun of group fitness classes along with the hands on touch and expertise of having a personal trainer. About our Store Orangetheory Fitness Miamisburg is the tenth OTF studio opened by owner Amy Bassel. Her other locations include three studios in Cincinnati, two in Lexington, Kentucky, and four in California. The Miamisburg location is managed by Samantha Thomas a certified health and wellness coach who previously worked for Jenny Craig. The fitness studio is coordinate by Ben Moushon, an ACE certified personal trainer. 3 Things you need to know about O TF: 1. Every member wears a heart rate monitor to deliver real time, personalized workout results 2. Every day the workouts are different, meaning you'll never get the same thing twice 3. The coaches help optimize your workout, making sure you don't over or under train 2/3 cup Garlic Infused Olive Oil 1 small Shallot minced 1 tsp Dijon-Style Whole Grain Mustard Salt to taste Pepper to taste Preparation: 1. Every event hosted onsite assists at least one local cause. All proceeds from each Austin Landing event are donated to charities around the Dayton area. Austin Landing donated a combined total of $3 9 4,013 to local charities through our event programming in the park. LEARN MORE 2017 was a record breaking year of event programming for Austin Landing and our partners. Austin Landing raised over $400,000 for local non profits with our community events.
