8 2018 Red Zone Games Rules Texas High School UIL Rules with notable exceptions: Number of Games: 4 Game Length: 15 minutes (running clock) *Unique Number of Opponents: 3 or 4 Field Use: Half Start: 20 Yd Line First Down: 10 Yd Line Timeouts or Half-time: No Flip Flop: Yes Special Teams: Yes Fumbles or Interceptions =Turnover (Deadball) Scoring: Touchdowns 6 pts & All Extra Points 2 pts **Red Zone Games Mercy Rule: Yes Stalling Penalty: Yes Coaches Allowed on Field: 1 (2 if 7U or 8U) Nose guards: Allowed Rush extra point kicker? No ***Minimum Number of Plays/Player: 8 *Assumes 11 man tackle teams that have 50+ Paid Participants & Fans 14 Days prior to the event. **1) If a team takes a 3 TD lead, the other team begins play on 2 yard line and plays until they either score or game is over. 2) If team is winning by 2 TD s in final minute, the contest is over and losing team is given a chance to score on the 2 yard line. ***Red Zone Games suggests that all players receive equal playing time on this special day. However, each player must play a bare minimum of 8 plays. NOTE: This is self-regulated between coaches and parents. Parking, Purses, Wheelchairs, Cameras & Concessions Parking: Parking is FREE for all Red Zone Games. Entry K on Randol Mill Road Bag/Purse Restrictions: There are no bag restrictions for Red Zone Games. Purses are fine. Wheelchairs: Wheelchairs are available for use. Just bring an ID to Entry K. Camera Restrictions: Lenses longer than 3 inches are NOT allowed per NFL policy. Video cameras are NOT allowed in the stadium. Go-Pros and selfie sticks are not allowed in the stadium either. DVDs of your child s game or cheer routine will be for sale on game day for $ tax (Football) or $ tax (Cheer). You will get to leave with your DVD on Event Day! Concessions: Typically one or two concession stands are open after 10am. Strollers: No strollers allowed in stadium.

9 2018 Red Zone Games Summary Football Teams: Play teams from Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, etc. in the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium. 6 Divisions: ages Most teams are from smaller towns; larger area teams placed in slightly higher brackets. Cheer Squads: Perform 50 Yard Line routine & cheer from sidelines where the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders perform! Fans: Enjoy front row seats for all games & fan contests on the field! *EVERYONE receives a Self-Guided Tour of AT&T Stadium, Home of the Dallas Cowboys.* 2018 Event Dates TBA: Call/text ASAP Melissa Your team MUST be pre-approved first. Do NOT assume your team can attend any date (due to regional limits per date). Call first! Game Length Teams with 50 or more combined paid Registration Fees (Players, Football Coaches, Cheerleaders & Cheer Coaches) & Advance Fan Tickets 14 days before the event: Play four 15 minute games (or 60 minutes total) running clock, usually playing one team TWICE. Teams with less than 50 paid Registration Fees (Players, Football Coaches, Cheerleaders & Cheer Coaches) & Advance Fan Tickets 14 days before the event: Play two 15 minute games (30 minutes total) running clock. Exceptions are considered on a case by case basis (call/text Melissa ). STAR CHEER 50 Yd Line Routine Cheer Squads are able to perform on the 50 Yard Line just in front of the famous Dallas Cowboys Star! Get your cameras ready! Cheer squads can perform up to 3 minutes of routines (and/or cheers). The routines are performed about every hour or two while the games occur. An approximate 50 X 40 area is roped off on the 50 yd line about half way between the Cowboys Star and the sidelines. Have your squads routine music downloaded to your phone or other device to play directly from the DJ booth. Fan Tickets ***Buy $35 Advance Fan Tickets (plus tax) at starting (est.) July 27, 2018***! Available until 14 days before the event. Print instantly from your computer and take to the event. $45 Regular Fan Tickets (plus tax) are available on Game Day at Entry K. Non-participants ages 5 and under are free. Players, Football & Cheer Coaches, and Cheerleaders should pay their Registration Fee directly to their team rep (who registers/pays for entire team using the 2018 Football or Cheer Registration Forms)

10 2018 Red Zone Games Summary Continued Player & Cheerleader Dress Players and cheerleaders should come dressed for the game; however players can only wear cleats on the field. If players wear cleats into the lobby, they will be asked to remove them. Players should carry their helmet, shoulder pads, and cleats with them to the field and dress on the sidelines/warm up area. Label your children s things with name and team info. Host Hotels TBA on. Game Times The Red Zone Games Game Day Program is ed to team reps and posted to the Red Zone Games Facebook Page about 5 days before the event date. If you play on a Saturday, be ready to play anytime between 7:30AM - 9:30PM. If you play on a Sunday, be ready to play anytime between 7:30AM - 8:00PM. Suggested Arrival Times Suggest having your team meet 1 ½ to 2 hours before first game (arrive 3 hours before first game if you want to tour BEFORE your games) outside Entry K. ALL teams must be on the field one hour before their first start time. It takes about 30 minutes to get through the doors. The tour takes about minutes. Once the game times are released, you can plan your day based on the info above. Water for Players Teams should take empty water jugs into the stadium through Entry K and fill them on field level. Self-Guided Tours Self-guided tours are included in the ticket price. You can tour either before after your games. Families can tour individually or as a team. Self-Guided Tours give fans access to the most popular areas of AT&T Stadium. Self-guided tours give you access to the field, the famous Cowboys Star, the Cowboys and Cheerleaders locker rooms, the Miller Lite Club and the postgame interview room. Knowledgeable Tour Ambassadors are stationed in each area to provide you with information and answer your questions about the stadium. Give yourself minutes to take your Self-Guided Tour. Birth Certificates Copies of Birth Certificates MUST be in a folder on Game Day, with the coaches on the field, at player check in, or else your team cannot play!
