1 2014 PSE Rocket Raffle Fourth Grade Prizes Complete each ticket with your child s information including the raffle item number. Rocket Raffle Tickets that you can enter data into and print are available on the website. Return the whole Raffle Ticket sheet (DO NOT CUT OR SEPARATE TICKETS) with payment to your classroom teacher. Tickets are $1 each, 12 for $10, or 25 for $20! Deadline is 11:00am on WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 12th. Winners will be announced on FRIDAY FEBRUARY 14th. Please include check or exact cash. There will be up to a $25 charge for checks returned from the bank due to insufficient funds. Rocket Raffle Prizes for Fourth Grade #3 Domino Nation - Calling all domino trick masters! Sign up for this boys only event. Come help create the largest domino run ever at PSE. Join Mrs. Toth and the Providence High School Cheerleaders for practice to learn cheers and dances. Are you brave enough to help direct traffic and to keep the afternoon carpool running smoothly? Pick Up time: 3:15 PM. #46 Help Mrs. Dillon on the bus lot - The bus lot is run like a well-oiled machine, but there are a lot of things that go into getting the students to and from school each safely each day. The winner of this prize will assist Mrs. Dillon on the bus lot from opening doors, to counting the kids/teachers, to waving goodbye (or saying good morning). This will be a behind the scenes look at how it all comes together on the bus lot each day. The friend must be a PSE student, too. #53 Walking Tour of Matthews - Take a walking tour of downtown Matthews with Mrs. Adams, who grew up there! Have lunch on the Village Green, visit Renfrow s Hardware Store and have a Coke and peanuts while listening to stories of Matthews of years past. 3 winners Staff: Mrs. Adams Grades: 2,3,4,5 Date: TBD on a Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. Pick Up time: 1:00 PM Note: Winners get to bring one friend for a total of 6 students. Meet at the Matthews Public Library at 10 AM. Pick up will be around 1:00 PM (parents will be called). Note: One student per show. #55 ASEP Student of the Day - If not enrolled in After School, student will be allowed to join ASEP for a day without charge. 4 #56 Decorate Cupcakes & Class Party - Winner will come to the cafeteria in the morning and decorate cupcakes for their class. PSE is so much more than the bricks and mortar you see at the front of the campus. The 24+ acres which comprise our grounds is the home to a variety of plants and animals. The rich history of the area is reflected in the historic cemetery next door, Providence Presbyterian Church across the street, and the Old Rock Spring for which our school is named. Mr. Houser and Mrs. Adams invite you to come with them on a walk not just any walk, but also a journey back in time. Come enjoy the treasure we have right here at Providence Spring and hear the stories of times past. You ll be amazed at all you ll see and all you ll learn.
