2 Page2 We wish you and your family a very warm welcome. We hope you enjoy the event. Spectators are requested to remain in the seating area. Should you require assistance please speak to the Floor Manager. Our events and competitions are brought to you by a dedicated group of volunteers. Code of Conduct Participants Code of Behaviour Play by the rules and be a good sport. Never argue with an official. Co-operate with your coach, team mates and officials. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants. Participate according to your own needs and not just to please parents and coaches. Spectators Code of Behaviour Remember that young people participate in sport for their enjoyment, not yours. Applaud good performances from al participants. Respect the decisions of the officials. Never ridicule or scold a young person for making a mistake. Positive comments are motivational. Support all efforts to remove verbal and physical abuse from sporting activities. Focus on your child s effort and performance rather than the outcome. Teach yung people to always play according to the rules. Remember that young people learn best by example. Competition closing ceremony will be on Sunday 20 th and commence at 2.00pm with clubs marching on and conclude with presentations. We will be finishing this years competition with our inaugural Denmark Ninja and Tricking Competition at 1pm. Judges All our Judges are accredited and volunteer their time to attend the competition. While routines can look similar to the untrained eye our judges know what to look for. If you are interested in becoming a judge please contact your club for more information. Other competition duties are performed by club volunteers. s are requested to provide volunteers for positions such equipment set up, music operator and judges assistants. If you would like to assist at an event please contact your coach or club. Photography & Video Policy Statement All athletes completing in this event must have returned a completed Photo Permission form prior to the start of the event. All photos and videos of the event must be taken by our officially sanctioned photographer or by an immediate family member or an athlete competing in the event. Any persons seen contravening this policy should be reported to the Floor Manager immediately. Please do not use flash photography during the competition as it may be distracting to the athletes. AWARDS will be presented according to individual scores:1 st 13.5+, 2 nd , 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th , 6 th Places will be recorded purely for club championship point purposes. They will be 1 st 36, 2 nd 28, 3 rd 23, 4 th 17, 5 th 13, 6 th 10, 7 th 8, 8 th 6, 9 th 5, 10 th 4, 11 th 3, 12 th 2, 13 th on 1. These scores will then be averaged out according to the number of competitors and events entered into. Judges decisions are final and no discussions will be entered into.
