ELIGIBILITY: This cmpetitin is a nn-qualifying cmpetitin pen t all registered members f U.S. Figure Skating. Skaters may cmpete at their test level as f September 22, 2018, r ne level higher BUT NOT BOTH. Skaters may nt cmpete belw their test level after September 22, LEARN TO SKATE USA ELIGIBILITY: The cmpetitin is pen t all skaters wh are current eligible members f either a Learn t Skate USA Prgram and/r are full members f U.S. Figure Skating. T be eligible, skaters must have submitted a membership applicatin r be a member in gd standing. Members f ther rganizatins are eligible t cmpete but must be registered with a Learn t Skate USA Prgram/Club. Eligibility will be based n skill level as September 22, SERIES INFORMATION: Skating Spktacular 2018 has been apprved by U.S. Figure Skating as part f the Adult Cmpetitin Series. Please reference the Adult Cmpetitin Series Handbk at fr details. TEST REQUIREMENTS: All Snwplw Sam and Learn t Skate USA skaters in basic 1-6 must skate at highest level passed r ne level higher and NO fficial U.S. Figure Skating tests may have been passed, including MIF r individual dances. All ther levels will be based nly upn highest free skate test level passed (mves in the field will nt determine skater s cmpetitive level) as f September 22, Skaters may skate at highest level passed OR ne level higher but nt bth levels in the same event during the same cmpetitin. Eligibility fr all events will be based n level as f September 22, 2018.

2 ENTRIES: NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. If there are less than tw (2) entries in any event, Center Ice Skating Club reserves the right nt t cnduct the event. There will be separate events fr bys and girls beginning with the Pre-Preliminary cmpulsry and free skating events and Adult events, hwever the Center Ice Skating Club reserves the right t cmbine male and female skaters if there are less than 2 entries in any event. REGISTRATION: Registratins are due by midnight September 22, 2018, and will be cmpleted at: JUDGING: All judging will be dne using the 6.0 system. REFUNDS: After September 22, 2018, n refunds will be given. Credit may be granted fr the next year s cmpetitins fr medical reasns. An accmpanying physician s nte is required. AWARDS: All skaters in all events will receive medals. All events will be final runds. Awards will be presented as clsely as pssible t the cnclusin f each event. All skaters are requested t wear their skates and cmpetitin utfits fr awards presentatins. CLUB/RINK AWARD: A certificate will be awarded t the club/arena accumulating the mst pints during the cmpetitin. Pints will be awarded t the first fur (4) places in each event as fllws: 4 pints fr 1st place, 3 pints fr 2nd place, 2 pints fr 3rd place and 1 pint fr 4th place. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Skater and cach schedules will be psted n ENTRYEEZE. A paper cpy f the schedule will als be psted in the Center Ice Sprts Cmplex lbby. FACILITIES: There is ne ice surface that is 200ʼ x 85ʼ. There will be dressing rms available fr cmpetitrs and cncessins t purchase sandwiches and snacks. The Center Ice Skating Club will als have vendr tables. A hspitality area with light meals and refreshments will be available fr caches. CHECK-IN: On the day f the cmpetitin, all skaters must check in at the registratin table in the lbby. Registratin will be pen ne hur prir t the start f the cmpetitin. Skaters shuld be at the rink, checked in, and ready t cmpete ne hur befre each f their scheduled events.

3 MUSIC: The music fr all music prgrams must be prvided n a CD. Each CD must be clearly marked with the skater s name, event, and length f prgram. The CD is t be turned in at registratin at least 1 hur befre cmpetitin time. Cmpetitrs must have a spare CD at rink side t be used in case f technical difficulties. Only ne music track is t be recrded n CD. ONLY CDS MAY BE USED. VIDEOTAPING AND PHOTOGRAPHY: Videgraphy and phtgraphy will be prvided by PrEventPht. Cmpetitrs will receive a free vide f each f their events, delivered via the PrEventPht digital dwnlad system r n a skater-prvided USB drive at n additinal cst r n a PrEventPht-prvided USB drive fr an additinal $15. The digital dwnlads will be available within 3-5 business days after the cmpletin f the event. NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY IS ALLOWED IN THE RINK AREA DURING THE COMPETITION as it is very dangerus t the skaters. PRACTICE ICE: Practice ice will be available in 20-minute sessins fr $10.00 a sessin if purchased by September 22, 2018, and $12.00 a sessin n the day f cmpetitin. Practice ice will be sld n a first cme, first serve thrugh ENTRYEEZE. N music will be played n practice ice.
