2 Membership This membership allows members access to all our Club preserves, unrestricted reservation profiles for each spouse and all children between the ages of 18 and 21, eight complimentary guided trips per calendar year (not to exceed two trips per month and one guide per day) and discounts with our partners. Membership also affords members the ability to make reservation on any of future Club preserve. Monthly Dues and Fees Membership dues are $584 per month. Dues may be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly. A snack and beverage fee of $150 per year is billed in May of each calendar year. 3 Transferability Memberships at Lincoln Hills are transferable to a family member, upon death or disability of the member. The transfer fee is one and a half times the yearly dues paid by the member in the most recent calendar year. The new member must be approved by Club ownership. Senior Discount We offer senior discounts for on initiation fees for those 65 and over. Please call for details. Refund of Membership Fee Our goal is to have a membership which grows lasting friendships through fly fishing and has the common goal of creating the best fly fishing club in the United States. We can only achieve this goal by having committed members and a consistent revenue stream. Therefore, we do not refund any membership fees. A member may resign at any time and they will no longer be responsible to pay any further monthly dues or fees associated with the Club. Club Member Access to Preserves Member s access to our Club preserves varies depending on their membership level. For a list of the current Club preserves, please see our Fly Fishing Preserves on page four. Our portfolio will be updated each year. Guest Access Members are allowed to bring guests. All guests, fishing or not, are required to pay the daily guest fee. Members may bring an unlimited number of guests based on their ability to be scheduled into the reservation system. A non- member guest is allowed to visit the club a maximum of three times per year. The English Beat System All Lincoln Hills preserves operate on a beat system. A beat is a section of water between 1/3 mile and a 1/2 mile long that can serve between 1-3 people for four hours of fishing. When members schedule a trip through our on- line reservation system, they will be assigned a starting beat and a rotation beat (if scheduled for a full day). Members are notified of that beat by 24 hours before their trip. The Club guide will have a list of the starting beats for each day. The general rule is to spend about four hours per beat. Anglers always move upstream to the rotation beat. If an angler finishes the last beat on a preserve, they then move down to the first beat for the rotation. Members must stay on their designated beats. This is a necessary component in our fisheries management program and allows us to rest certain sections of the river each day as well as allowing fellow club members to enjoy their assigned beat without competition. Scheduling The Club uses an on- line scheduling program accessible through the member s only section of our website. This section will have a current and up to date schedule available twenty- four hours a day pg. 2

4 seven days a week. Members can see all preserves that are available for them to make a reservation. Our website also offers members the ability to schedule a guide, should they so desire. Advisory Committee The Advisory Committee will be established in The committee consists of one chair and four at large members who are appointed by club ownership. The role of the advisory committee is to provide the membership a direct voice to ownership. pg. 3

Included with the 1 ½ mile stretch of South Boulder Creek, on this preserve there are several ponds and a ten acre lake that add to the fly fishing experience. (*Opening Fall 2011) There is no better place to introduce beginners and children to fly fishing than Pactolus Lake. This one mile stretch of South Boulder Creek has a great combination of riffles, pools and glides that produce trophy sized fish and the Colorado native Greenback Cutthroat Trout. New for 2011 this section of South Boulder Creek is characterized the longest runs of our South Boulder portfolio. New for 2011 this section of South Boulder Creek is characterized by dark deep holding water, long slick tail- outs. The largest fish is the club s portfolio live here. (Opening Fall 2011) New for 2011 and boasting the widest sections of South Boulder Creek the riffles of this section are a dry fly anglers dream. (Opening Fall 2011) This preserve with over ¾ of a mile of the St. Vrain River flowing through it, also has a five acre bass pond that provides a one of kind fly fishing experience. Located on the St. Vrain River this beautiful preserve consistently produces wild brown trout. This pristine preserve is a series of alpine lakes and ponds providing our members great still water fishing, especially during the runoff season. Running through a high mountain meadow, this preserve on Upper Bear Creek is truly one of the hidden gems of the Front Range consistently producing wild brown trout and the occasional 3 pound rainbow. pg. 4

Lincoln Hills provides a complimentary seasonal guide service package for Members which includes eight guided trips per calendar year, complimentary services may not exceed two trips per month with a maximum of one guide per day. Additional and unlimited guide services may be scheduled at standard club rates. No member or outside outfitter guided is allowed on club preserves.
