This might include texting, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, , or any other medium on which you could interact with others via the internet or a cellphone. You may be unable to do this for the full 48 hours, but try to do it for some extended period of time. At the end of the weekend when you are joyfully reunited with the internet and/or a cell phone, write a 1 to 1.5 page response (typed or handwritten) explaining how it honestly felt to unplug. Note: You may answer some of the following questions, but you are not limited to them. Did it give you anxiety? Were you bored? Did you feel lost? Was it easy or very difficult? Could you only make it for three hours? Bring this written response with you to class on Monday.
