Please complete the survey below and return it to FCSWCD -107 Park Street - Farmington 04938, if you would like to see the shrub and tree program return next year. More than twenty people have stopped by our office to inquire about this year's shrub and tree program. I sadly had to tell them that a decision was made to cancel the program as many other sources are now available throughout the county and state. If we get more than 50 responses returned to this office via mail, fax ( ), e mail (info^franklincswcd.orl^) or from being dropped off at our office, the Board of Supervisors for the Franklin County Soil & Water Conservation District will reconsider the request. Time is of the utmost importance as plants for 2015 must be ordered before Sept. of this year. We need your name & phone number if you wish to be kept up dated. As always, we strive to find the very best of plants for our growing area at the best possible prices. Thank you for taking the time to reply to this survey. This is not an order form. The information will be used to determine if we will have a program in 2015 and what plants might be offered. I would like to see the shrub and plant program return.
