1 Western Region Knights of Columbus Diocese of Greensburg and Diocese of Pittsburgh Columbus Day Dinner Committee May 31, 2017 Worthy State Officers, Directors and Chairmen, Worthy District Deputies, Grand Knights and Faithful Navigators, Worthy Chapter Presidents and Committee Members, My Brother Knights All: It is my pleasure to invite you to attend the annual Western Region Knights of Columbus - Columbus Day Dinner Celebration to be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017, at the Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh Greentree, 500 Mansfield Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA The evening will begin with a social gathering at 5:00 PM, followed by dinner at 6:00 PM. Our speaker will be Nancy Amorose from Ladder of Truth, a Pro-Life group that advocates promotion of Respect for and Sanctity of Life with our youth. The dinner will feature your choice of Baked Salmon Buerre Blanc or Breast of Chicken Romano. The cost is $35.00 per person, if your paid reservation is submitted by September 16th. The cost is $38.00 per person, if your paid reservation is submitted September 30 th. Attached is a dinner reservation form. Please list each person attending and indicate his or her dinner selection. Chapters, Assemblies and Councils are encouraged to invite their Chaplains as their guests. Please send completed forms with checks made payable to Western Section K of C to Andrew Smith, 2017 Reservations Chairman. Also attached is a form for placing program ads. The back page is for patron ads. Please feel free to make copies of this form for your membership to procure ads. Please pass the patron listing around at your meetings. Profits from this booklet are our main source of revenue for the Western Pennsylvania Region. We would like all Chapters, Assemblies, Districts and Councils to help make this booklet a success.
