Thr ar just thr stps to using galvanizd bins as plantrs: DRILL DRAINAGE HOLES: Flip th bin upsid down for drilling. Using a 1/2-inch mtal drill bit, drill hols around th primtr of th trough, as wll as across th middl. POSITION BINS AND FILL WITH SOIL: Plac four to six bricks (or mor, dpnding on th siz of th plantr) so thy form a shap slightly smallr than th bottom of th galvanizd tub. Plac th tub on top of th bricks, chcking to mak sur it sits lvl, to nsur propr drainag. Fill your galvanizd bins to th vry top a blnd of 2/3 high-quality potting soil and 1/3 compost.
