Training is providd for staff to idntify and assist passngrs with additional nds and w will continuously improv th way srvics and facilitis ar dlivrd to our customrs. W rgularly mt with Usrs Groups to discuss disability issus. W will b bttr abl to assist you if you contact us as far as practicabl in advanc, but plas giv at last 24-hours notic of your journy. Howvr, w will provid assistanc at shortr notic if possibl. Advanc arrangmnts can b mad by calling our Customr Contact Cntr on Lo Call (outsid Rpublic of Irland ) Monday to Friday hours hours xcluding Public Holidays. In th cas of plannd disruption notics will also b displayd at our major stations and th affctd local stations. Plannd Disruptions If you hav alrady bn advisd of th intndd disruption whn booking, but ar unabl to travl at anothr tim, you (and on accompanying adult) will b providd with a taxi for that part of th journy whr road transport has bn involvd ( or for th whol of th journy if multipl changd btwn rail and road transport ar involvd).
