2 Home Game Scheduling Steps Playing League notifies teams that play date schedule is posted. Team Manager s reach out to each opponent to confirm times for games. This is required by NorCal and is a critical first step. Once Team Manager has confirmed dates and times with opponents, they fill out the online Home Games Request Form ensuring that all info is filled out. Only home game requests using the official online request form will be processed. Any other method of submitting home game scheduling requests will not be processed. Don t wait too long for confirmation from your opponents. When requesting game times please ensure that game times are requested in accordance with the age-appropriate time slots (refer to Game Time Allocation by Age Group slide) Once complete, the Team Manager submits their team s request to the EBUSC Match Secretary. You will receive a confirming that your request has been received.

3 Home Game Scheduling Steps Once the EBUSC Match Secretary has successfully scheduled your game(s), the designated Team Officials, will receive an automated from My Soccer League (MSL) stating that your game has been scheduled and published. Once a game has been officially published by the EBUSC Match Secretary in MSL, Team Manager can then update the NorCal master schedule. MSL is the ONLY OFFICIAL game schedule. ANY changes to published games must first be negotiated and confirmed with your opponents and get approval from NorCal. Once approved by NorCal, the Team Official shall submit a new request using the same online form. Requests made in any other manner will not be processed. You should allow at least for a full 7-day lead time to process changes but no less than 96- hours. This will allow for adequate time for rescheduling and to have referees re-sign up for the matches, and for the referee assignor to approve the referee requests. JLYSSL Late Cancellation Policy for games cancelled less than 96-hours from game times. Fine is currently $250 assessed against the home team.
