2 Dear Members, Guests & Residents, We are now into the beginning of The wet Dec 2017 is just blowing over commencing the warmer and drier Our golf course improvement and upgrade will continue as usual. We will move into every fairway to drain and dry all wet areas either through top dressing or subsoil drainage. It is our target for this year to maintain the green speed at not less than 8.5 on weekday and 9 on weekends. The continued improvement of the course condition and aesthetics, is our target,this year, we will see a few upgrade: a)hole #17: We will complete this new rock like frontage of this par #3 with an entire change of turf at the approach to the green with Zoysia. b)hole #5 We will create 2 bunkers on the rough on the left slope near the 200m marker, and a small shallow bunker on the fairway70m from the green. c)hole #3 We will upgrade the green side bunkers and create a waste bunker 30m on the left rough near the 100m marker. d)hole #6 To complete the re modeling of the apron 6th green changing turf and raising the level around the apron of the green.. e)hole #12 To re-model the entire waste bunker on the right of fairway making it more visible & friendly. f)hole #11 To re-model the green side bunkers of hole #11 and add a long 50m waste bunker on the right side of the rough. g)clubhouse; To upgrade and refurbish the recreation area (Gym, swimming pool, tennis court, etc). With all above planned for this year we hope the course will be the most enjoyable and attractive.
