2 From the General Manager Dear Royce Brook Members, I want to take this time tell everyone a little about myself. For the past four years, I have served as the General Manager at Brookstone Golf and Country Club in Acworth, Georgia. I grew up in the suburbs outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey and it wasn t until the age of 19 that I found his passion for the game of golf. I joined the PGA in 1999 and was elected in as a Class A Professional in I have played competitive golf as part of the PGA tournament series as well as several PGA qualifiers. My 12 years of management experience within the golf industry spans over several states including New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Florida and Georgia. I was with American Golf for 10 years as a General Manager and I am thrilled to be joining the Billy Casper Golf team and returning to NJ once again. I am accompanied by my wife Lisa of 18 years and our 6 children; Tyler, Jordan, Taylor, Madison, Bruce II and Gabriella. I want to thank everyone for their participation in our August member events. I also want to congratulate all of our winners. We have some additional new events coming up in the month of September. Please help us continue to have great events by participating. I look forward to seeing everyone at our upcoming events. If there is an event that you would like to suggest we are very open to new and fun ideas to enhance your membership experience. Also, as a reminder, please make reservations for all upcoming events. This gives our food and beverage department an idea of how many people to expect. (Undue Delay see rules 6-7) Player Responsibility: Please in the spirit of the game take care of your course by smoothing bunkers, replacing divots and repairing ball marks on the greens. I would also like to ask everyone to please be patient with the fairways due to the fact that they are being hand watered to assure that the fairways don t become dry.
