5 SECTION 1 - HOUSE

6 HOUSE 1. APPOINTMENTS IN THE HOUSE COMMITTEE (HC) 1.1 The HC is a Sub-Committee of the Management Committee and consists of appointments that are put into offices through the following categories: Appointed by Board of Governors (BoG) i. House Member ii. Assistant House Member Elected at Annual General Meeting (AGM) by simple majority or appointed by the Management Committee should the post become vacant. i. House Convenor Co-opted by House Member i. These appointment holders are co-opted by House Member for projects and specified responsibilities in the House Committee. 2. Pro-Shop 7.00am 8.00pm NIL 2.2 As a rule, closing hours shall not be extended, except for functions organized by the Club. 3. MEMBERSHIP CHECKS 3.1 Members must show their membership cards when requested to do so by a member of the MC, Sub-Committees, or an authorized employee of the Club. 3.2 Members who are unable to show their membership cards may be refused entry to the Club facilities. 8 4. GUESTS 4.1 Members are permitted to bring their Guests to the Club and must ensure that their Guests observe all rules and Bylaws of the Club and specifically those Bylaws pertaining to Guests hereinafter prescribed. 4.2 Members will be held responsible for all costs and charges incurred by their Guests, and for the conduct and behavior of their Guests. 4.3 Guests may be asked to leave the Club s premises by a member of MC, Sub-Committee, or an authorized employee of the Club, if their behavior and conduct cause annoyance to others. 5. VISITORS 5.1 Visitors may use the Driving Range and visit F&B outlets subject to the House Bylaws. The Club reserves the right to refuse visitors presence at the Club premises if their behavior and conduct cause annoyance to others. 6. PROHIBITIONS 6.1 Animals and pets are not allowed in the Club premises, including the Driving Range and Golf Course. 6.2 The Club s towels and toiletries are not to be taken out of the Changing Rooms. 6.3 No person other than the MO is to censure any employee of the Club or give direction to the employees of the Club in respect of their duties. All suggestions and complaints are to be directed to the MC and the Club s General Manager. 6.4 Members, Guests and Visitors are not allowed to bring in their own gambling materials into the Club. 6.5 Members and their Guests are not allowed to bring in any duty-free alcohol drinks into the Club premises. 7. JUNIOR MEMBERS AND CHILDREN 7.1 Youth under the age of 21 are not allowed in the Jackpot Room. 7.2 They will not be allowed to consume alcoholic/liquor drinks anywhere in the Club premises. 9 7.3 Members bringing children to the Club shall ensure that the children behave with proper decorum whilst in the Club. If the children become unruly, misbehave or cause annoyance to others, they may be asked to leave the Club by a Member of the MC, Sub-Committees, or an authorized employee of the Club. 8. CONDUCT 8.1 The behavior of Members is to be of a high standard at all times. Members, whose conduct is in the opinion of the MC, unbecoming, may be suspended from the Club for a specified period. 9. ATTIRE 9.1 Members, Guests and Visitors shall be appropriately attired when visiting the Club and using the Club s facilities. 9.2 Members, Guests and Visitors in swimming costumes/trunks should stay within the swimming pool and its vicinity. 9.3 The following dress code shall apply to the respective areas: Club Areas Driving Range Dress Code - The appropriate attire for range users comprises of golf shoes or proper rubber soled shoes, bermuda shorts, skirts or trousers. Round collared T-shirts are allowed. - Tank tops, singlets, slippers, sandals and jogging shorts and similar attire are not allowed. Practice Green - Users should be properly attired in accordance to attire required for golfers on the golf course. - The appropriate attire for Men comprises golf shoes with rubber studs, socks, tailored shorts, knees height Bermuda shorts, chinos pants, tailor trousers and T-shirts with collar. Long/short sleeved turtle, Mandarin or mock turtle golf T-shirt are also allowed. Shirts must be tucked at all times during golf game. Green Committee (GC) may decide to allow golfer to wear the latest golfing attire, if it is recognized by the golfing authority. - The appropriate attire for Ladies comprises golf Section 1, Page 4

10 shoes with rubber studs, socks, tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, chinos pants, skirt, tailor trousers and T-shirts with collar. Long/short sleeved turtle, Mandarin or mock turtle golf T-shirt are also allowed. GC may decide to allow golfer to wear the latest golfing attire, if it is recognized by the golfing authority. - Guests accompanying golfers at the practice greens must be dressed in the same appropriate attire too. No tank tops, singlets, slippers, sandals and jogging shorts are allowed. Golfers Terrace Banquet Hall and Members Lounge - Swimming costumes/trunks are not allowed within the Golfers Terrace - Proper attire such as round necked T-shirt or blouse, long or short pants, and skirts, with footwear - No Soiled golf and work attire and footwear, slippers, sandals and sleeveless T-shirts/singlets are allowed in the Members Lounge 10. CAR PARKS 10.1 All Members shall display the Club s car park label on the front windscreen of their cars and shall park their cars properly in the designated parking lots or as directed They are not to park in the lots reserved for Committee Members and other reserved lots Cars parked in reserved lots and unauthorized areas or parked in such a manner as to cause obstruction to traffic may be wheel-clamped or towed away as deemed necessary. The driver/owner is to pay a fee for the release of the wheel clamp or the towing fee. He may also be referred to the MC for disciplinary action if necessary All unoccupied committee reserved lots will be open for use after 7.00pm, except for lots reserved for Club President and Chairman No overnight parking is allowed unless permission is sought from MO with temporary special car label issued. 11 11. LIABILITIES 11.1 The Club shall not be liable for any loss or damages to any article or property brought into the Club premises and car parks The Club shall also not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any person whilst in the Club premises and car parks Members and their spouse, child or guests who damage any article or property of the Club shall pay for the cost of such damages or its replacements. 12. ACCESS THROUGH SEMBAWANG AIRBASE (SBAB) 12.1 All Members, Guests and Visitors are to follow the base s traffic regulations, speed limits and signs Members, Guests and Visitors of the Club can bring in cameras and camera-enabled devices. However, all Members, Guests and Visitors of the Club are reminded that no photography of SBAB facilities is allowed. All camera devices will be subjected to checks by SBAB security personnel. Any violators would be dealt with in accordance to the SBAB security policy. 13. CONSUMPTION OF DUTY-FREE ALCOHOL 13.1 No duty-free alcohol is allowed in the Club premises. 14. COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS 14.1 All suggestions and complaints shall be made in writing to the General Manager via Feedback Box or the Club s official website, who shall act upon it and, where necessary, refer them to the appropriate Sub-Committee for consideration. 15. ANNUAL FEES AND LEVIES 15.1 The fees and levy payable will be determined periodically by the MC, and Members will be informed accordingly. Section 1, Page 6

12 16. SMOKING 16.1 With reference to National Environment Agency s (NEA) Smoking Prohibition Guidelines, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Club and within 5 meters of any common area of any premises or building Members, Guests and Visitors are to note that smoking is permitted only at designated areas in the Clubhouse. 17. OTHERS 17.1 For security reasons, all Members, Guests and Visitors are to leave the Club premises by 11.59pm. Any request to extend leaving time to accommodate special events in the Club premise will have to be approved by the MO No notices or placards (written or printed) shall be put up in the Clubhouse without prior approval of the MO No advertisements for the marketing of commercial products or services may be displayed in the Club premises without the prior approval of the MO Members who contravene any of these Bylaws shall be liable to be referred to the MC for disciplinary action. 13 SECTION 2 - MEMBERS LOUNGE BYLAWS

14 MEMBERS LOUNGE 1. OPERATING HOURS 1.1 The Members Lounge operating timing is as follows: Mondays to Thursdays: 5.00pm to 11.00pm Fridays and Public Holiday eves: 5.00pm to 11.59pm Saturdays and Public Holidays: 12.00pm to 11.59pm Sundays: 12.00pm to 11.00pm 1.2 No time extensions will be entertained except for special functions organized by the Club or functions whereby prior permission has been granted by the MO. 2. PATRONAGE 2.1 Only Members and their Guests are allowed to patronize the Members Lounge. Members are allowed to sign in a maximum of 7 Guests. 2.2 Members are to sign in their Guests in the Guests Register Book located at the entrance of the Members Lounge. Members who signed in their Guests must be present in the Club. 2.3 Children and Youth under 18 years old are allowed in the Karaoke Room during opening hours. Those of age 18 and above are allowed in the Members Lounge. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children whilst in the Members Lounge and Karaoke Room. 2.4 Only Members Lounge menu are allowed in the Members Lounge. All other food and beverages are to be consumed at the Viewing Deck outside the Members Lounge. Last order is at 8.15pm. 2.5 No outside food or drinks (unless corkage is charged) are allowed to be consumed in the Members Lounge. 2.6 Members and Corporate Members are to produce their membership card and daily golfing ticket respectively when requested by the Lounge Staff, Management Committee, Sub-Committees or an authorized employee of the Club for the purpose of membership verification. 3. ATTIRE 3.1 Members and Guests are to be appropriately dressed at all times while in the Members Lounge. The following attire will not be permitted in the Lounge: a. Soiled golf and work attire and footwear. b. Slippers, Sandals and Sleeveless T-shirts / Singlets. Section 2, Page 1

15 4. CONDUCT 4.1 Members are responsible for the behavior of their Guests and family members in the Members Lounge and to ensure that they do not cause annoyance to other Members. 4.2 No golf bags are allowed in the Members Lounge. 4.3 Members and their Guests will be asked to leave if they are in breach of any rules or regulations. 4.4 No Cards or Dice Games are allowed in the Members Lounge including inside the Karaoke Room. 5. COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS 5.1 All improvement, suggestions and complaints shall be made in writing to the General Manager, who shall act upon it and, where necessary, refer them to the appropriate Sub-Committee for consideration. 6. CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND LIQUOR 6.1 Members are allowed to bring in their own wine and liquor subjected to the prevailing corkage charges. No duty free alcohol is allowed in the Club premises Liquor that are purchased from the Club s F&B caterer, or those with corkage paid, are allowed to be safe kept in the Members Lounge for up to a period of 3 months. The lounge service staff will inform members concerned 2 weeks before liquor keep-safe expiry date is due. 6.3 Mixers for the liquor will be served free of charge with the first bottle of liquor purchased/corkage charged. Subsequent mixers will be charged at bar prices. 7. LIABILITIES 7.1 Members and their spouse, child or guests who damage any article or property of the Members Lounge shall pay for the cost of such damages or its replacements. 7.2 The Club shall also not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any person whilst in the Members Lounge. 16 SECTION 3 - SWIMMING POOL BYLAWS

17 SWIMMING POOL 1. OPERATING HOURS 1.1 The Swimming Pool will be opened to Members and their Guests from 7.00am to 9.00pm daily, subject to any alteration or extension as notified by the MO. Operating hours on every Monday will be from 12.00pm to 9.00pm, except on Public Holidays. 2. GENERAL 2.1 In these Bylaws, the Swimming Pool shall include the children s Wading Pool. 2.2 Swimmers must take a shower before entering the Swimming Pool. 2.3 No person suffering from any open wound infections or contagious disease may use the Swimming Pool. 2.4 No Horseplay or ball games are allowed in the Swimming Pool and its surrounding areas. 2.5 No smoking is allowed in the Swimming Pool and its surrounding premises. 2.6 No food or beverages are allowed in the Swimming Pool. However, consumption of food and beverages is allowed at designated tables by the poolside. 2.7 Members are responsible for the conduct, behavior and safety of their Guests using the Swimming Pool under his or her charge. 2.8 Members must leave the Swimming Pool during adverse weather conditions with lightning risk ( Cat 1 weather), thunderstorms or when requested to do so by the Club s staff for safety reasons. 2.9 The filtration plant room and the pool attendant s storeroom are prohibited areas. 3. ATTIRE 3.1 No person is allowed to swim or sunbathe unless wearing a proper swimming costume/trunk deemed acceptable by the Club. 3.2 No person with footwear is allowed in the No Footwear Area of the Swimming Pool. 3.3 Persons in swimming costumes/trunks shall not enter the main Clubhouse or the Golfers Terrace. However, some tables at the Golfers Terrace have been allocated for Members and their Guests in swimming costume/trunks to use. 3.4 All floatation devices or toys, etc. should not cause any inconvenience to other swimmers if brought into the Swimming Pool. The Management reserves the right to disallow any form of items, floatation devices or toys, which may cause annoyance to others. Section 3, Page 1

18 3.5 No person shall play with the lifesaving equipment installed/kept at the pool area. The lifesaving equipment is strictly meant for emergency use. 4. TOWEL CONTROL AND LOCKER 4.1 Members and their Guests names have to be registered with the pool attendant before using the Swimming Pool. 4.2 Each Member or Guest is entitled to sign in and obtain a towel and locker key from the pool attendant. 4.3 The towel is to be returned after use. A surcharge of $10/- will be imposed for lost towels and/or locker key. 4.4 Each Guest is to pay $3/- for the use of the Swimming Pool, towels and lockers in the Swimming Pool changing room. Payment will be made via the Member s account. 4.5 Members must be with their Guests at all times during their use of the Swimming Pool. 5. LIABILITIES 5.1 The Club will not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any persons using the Swimming Pool. Members are advised that there are no lifeguards on duty at all times. 5.2 The Club shall not be responsible for Members, Members children, Guests or their children s belongings or any valuables left in the Swimming Pool and its vicinity. 6. CHANGING ROOMS 6.1 Children above the age of 5 are not allowed into the changing room of the opposite gender. Section 3, Page 2

19 SECTION 4 - JACUZZI BYLAWS

20 JACUZZI 1. OPERATING HOURS 1.1 The Jacuzzi operating hours are from 10.00am to 9.00pm daily, subject to any alteration or extension as notified by the MO. However, the Jacuzzi operating hours on every Monday is from 12.00pm to 9.00pm, to facilitate maintenance, except for Public Holidays. 2. GENERAL 2.1 Users must take a shower before entering the Jacuzzi. 2.2 No person suffering from any open-wound infections or contagious disease may use the Jacuzzi. 2.3 No Horseplay, diving or submerging in the water is allowed. 2.4 No floatation devices, toys or any other play items are allowed in the Jacuzzi. 2.5 No smoking is allowed in the Jacuzzi. 2.6 No food and beverages are allowed in the Jacuzzi. 2.7 No person shall remove the fixtures that are attached to the Jacuzzi. 2.8 Members shall be responsible for the conduct and behavior of his or her Guest and children using the Jacuzzi under his or her charge. Children below the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 2.9 A maximum of 8 persons can sit in the Jacuzzi at any one time. Each person/group is only allowed to use the Jacuzzi for up to 15 minutes at a time to allow others to use it too No substances, soluble or insoluble are allowed to be brought or poured into the Jacuzzi. 3. ATTIRE 3.1 No person is allowed to use the Jacuzzi unless wearing proper swimming attire. 3.2 No footwear is allowed inside the Jacuzzi. 4. GUESTS 4.1 Guests are allowed to use the Jacuzzi. They are required to register with the Swimming Pool attendant before using the Jacuzzi. Each Guest is to pay $3/- for the use of the Jacuzzi, towels and lockers in the Swimming Pool changing room. Payment will be made via the Member s account. 4.2 Members must be with their Guests throughout the use of the Jacuzzi. Section 4, Page 1

21 5. LIABILITIES 5.1 The Club will not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any persons using the Jacuzzi. Section 4, Page 2

22 SECTION 5 - GYMNASIUM BYLAWS

23 GYMNASIUM (GYM) 1. OPERATION HOURS 1.1 The Gym will be opened to Members and their Guests from 7.00am to 9.00pm daily, subject to any alteration or extension as notified by the MO. 2. ATTIRE 2.1 Proper sports attire must be worn when exercising/working out. Swimming costumes/trunks are not allowed. 3. JUNIOR MEMBERS AND CHILDREN 3.1 Children below the age of 12 are not permitted into the Gym. 3.2 Youths below the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult. 4. GUESTS 4.1 Each Member may sign in a maximum of 3 guests at any one time. A $3.00 admission fee per guest will be charged to the Member s account. 5. PROHIBITION 5.1 The following are prohibited in the Gym: a. Smoking b. Food and Beverages c. Pets and animals d. Personal radios and any other electronic equipment such as phones, multimedia player, that is on speakers, which may cause annoyance to others. e. The Gym is not to be used as a reading or waiting area. Section 5, Page 1

24 6. CARE OF EQUIPMENT/ETIQUETTE 6.1 Members/Guests are to proceed to the counter next to the Swimming Pool changing room to register and obtain a towel before using the Gym. 6.2 Gym users are to return all weights and Gym equipment to their respective places after use. 6.3 Gym users who abuse or damage any equipment shall be responsible for the damage and will be subjected to disciplinary action. 6.4 Gym users should not occupy any station longer than necessary. Reserving of machines or stations is not allowed. 6.5 Gym users are to use their towels to clean the Gym equipment s seats and benches after usage. 6.6 The volume of the Gym s television and audio system shall be kept at a comfortable volume for all users at all times. 6.7 No gym equipment is to be removed from the Gym at all times. 7. SAFETY 7.1 Members must observe safety and be considerate to others in the use of the Gym at all times. 8. LIABILITIES 8.1 The Club will not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any person using the Gym. Section 5, Page 2

25 SECTION 6 - INDOOR PLAYROOM & CHILDREN PLAYGROUND BYLAWS

26 INDOOR PLAYROOM/PLAYGROUND 1. OPERATING HOURS 1.1 The Indoor Playroom/Playground will be opened to members from 7.00am to 9.00pm daily, subject to any alteration or extension as notified by the MO. 2. CHILDREN 2.1 Only children below the age of 12 are permitted to use the game equipment in the playroom. An adult must accompany the child below the age of 6 throughout the use of the facility. 3. GUESTS 3.1 Members may bring Guests to use the facility. 3.2 Members must accompany their Guests throughout their use of the facility. 4. ATTIRE 4.1 Persons wearing swimming costumes / trunks are not allowed to enter into the playroom. 5. PROHIBITION 5.1 The following are prohibited in the playroom: a. Smoking b. Food and beverage c. Pets and animals d. Radios, multimedia players and any other electronics equipment, which is on speakers, may cause annoyance to other members. e. Wearing of footwear inside the playroom. All footwear is to be placed at the shoe racks provided. Section 6, Page 1

27 6. CARE OF EQUIPMENT/ETIQUETTE 6.1 Members and their Guests who abuse or damage the Indoor Playroom equipment shall be responsible and pay for any damages. Members will be liable for disciplinary action too. 6.2 All users should not occupy nor reserve any games or toys longer than is necessary or when he is actually not using it, thus depriving others the use of it. 6.3 No game or toys are to be removed from the playroom. 7. SAFETY & CLEANLINESS 7.1 Members must observe safety & cleanliness in the playroom and be considerate to others at all times. 8. LIABILITIES 8.1 The Management will not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any person using the Indoor Playroom. Section 6, Page 2

28 SECTION 7 - JACKPOT ROOM BYLAWS

29 JACKPOT 1. OPERATING HOURS 1.1 The operating hours is strictly from 10.00am to 10.30pm daily, subject to any alteration or extension as notified by the MO. At every last working day of the month, the Jackpot Room will be closed from 10.00am to 12.30pm to facilitate the counting of jackpot takings for the month. 2. ADMISSION 2.1 Only Members are allowed to use the Jackpot Room. No guests or member s guest are allowed to enter or play in the Jackpot Room. All Members are required to sign in & sign out on the Register Book. 3. ATTIRE 3.1 All Members are to be properly attired. Members who are bare bodied, bare-footed, wearing singlets, jogging shorts and other inappropriate attire will not be allowed in the Jackpot Room. Appropriate attire would include proper shirts (T-Shirt)/Blouse and pants, or shorts (like bermudas) with footwear. 4. JUNIOR MEMBERS 4.1 Persons under the age of 21 will not be not allowed in the Jackpot Room. 5. PROHIBITIONS 5.1 The following are prohibited in the Jackpot Room: a. Smoking b. Food consumption (unless approved by the Management) c. Pets and animals d. Playing of radios or multimedia players that are on speakers, and any other form of musical instruments/equipment which may cause annoyance to others. e. Each Members are not allowed to occupy more than one machine at any one time of play, thus depriving others from using the machine. f. The Jackpot Room is not to be used as a waiting area or a gathering point other than playing the Jackpot Machines. Section 7, Page 1

30 g. Reserving of Jackpot Machines is not allowed. h. Cash transactions and exchanging of coins with the Duty Staff is strictly meant for the use in playing Jackpot Machines. 6. CARE OF JACKPOT MACHINES & EQUIPMENT 6.1 Members who willfully or negligently abuse or damage the Jackpot Machines or equipment, shall be responsible towards the cost of repair and will be subject to disciplinary action. 7. LIABILITIES 7.1 The Club will not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any persons using the Jackpot Room. Section 7, Page 2

31 SECTION 8 - CHANGING GOLFERS TERRACE BYLAWS

32 CHANGING GOLFERS TERRACE 1. OPERATING HOURS 1.1 The Changing Room will be opened to Members from 6.30 am to 9.00 pm daily, subject to any alteration or extension as notified by the Management. The Changing Room will be closed when the golf course is closed for maintenance. 2. GENERAL 2.1 Non-Members are not allowed to use the Changing Room. Guests and Visitors holding course tickets for the day are allowed to use the Changing Room. 2.2 Guests not holding course tickets for the day may use the Swimming Pool Changing Room at a charge of $3.00 per guest payable to the Member s account. 2.3 Children above the age of 5 are not allowed into the changing room of the opposite gender. 2.4 Smoking is prohibited in the Changing Room. 2.5 Food and beverages are not allowed in the Changing Room. 2.6 Members shall be responsible for the conduct and behavior of their Guests. 2.7 No person shall move or damage the equipment in the Changing Room i.e. massage chair and foot massagers that are installed/kept at the resting corner. 2.8 No items shall be removed from the Changing Room; i.e. towels, hair cream, hair dryers, combs, sunblock lotions or bathing solutions. 2.9 No golf bags are allowed in the Changing Room. 3. ATTIRE 3.1 Persons in swimming costumes/trunks shall not enter or make use of the Golfers Terrace Changing Rooms. 4. TOWEL CONTROL AND LOCKER 4.1 Each Member is entitled to sign in and obtain a towel and locker from the Changing Room attendant. The towel is to be returned after use. A surcharge of $10/- will be imposed for lost towels. 4.2 Guests and Visitors holding course tickets for the day are allowed to sign in and obtain a towel and locker. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the locker key and towel. Section 8, Page 1

SAUNA 5.1 Only Members, Guests and Visitors holding course tickets for the day, are allowed to use the Sauna. 5.2 Sauna users must inform the changing attendant in advance on the use of the Sauna and must inform the Changing Room attendant after use. 6. LIABILITIES 6.1 The Club will not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any persons using the Changing Room. 6.2 The Club shall not be responsible for the belongings or valuables of Members, Guests or all Visitors while using the Changing Room. 34 SECTION 9 - DRIVING RANGE & PRACTICE GREEN BYLAWS

35 1. DRIVING RANGE 1.1 The Driving Range will be opened to Members from 7.00am to 11.00pm daily, subject to any alteration or extension as may be notified by the Management. The Range is closed on Monday mornings from 7.00 am to pm for maintenance. 1.2 All patrons using the Driving Range should be properly attired. The appropriate attire comprises golf shoes or rubber soled shoes, bermudas, shorts or trousers and T-shirts. No tank tops, singlets, slippers, sandals, or any other forms of attire deemed inappropriate by the Club are allowed. 1.3 All persons (inclusive of Members, Guests and Visitors) present at and using the Driving Range will do so at their own risk. The Club and/or the Driving Range operators shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident or injury to any person or property however caused. 1.4 Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to the Driving Range unless accompanied by an adult. Children are allowed to use the driving bays only if they are supervised by an adult at all times. 1.5 Teaching of any form other than those approved by the GC is strictly prohibited at all times. All applications to teach should be directed to the GC for approval. Teaching golf professionals who are registered with the Club s academy/pro-shop are allowed to conduct lessons and organize golf clinics, and shall abide by all necessary pre-requisites and the agreement made by the Club. 1.6 Resident professionals are allowed to bring a maximum of 4 students at any one time, and must be with the students at all times. 1.7 No reserving of bays by placing objects on the driving mat by range users is allowed. The Driving Range operators/attendants will not be responsible in safekeeping these items and are empowered to remove such items without explanation. 1.8 All patrons of the Driving Range are not allowed to remove any fixtures (i.e. driving mats, ball dispenser, range balls, etc.) from the Driving Range. Any person found removing such items is liable to prosecution and shall be considered as theft. 1.9 The upper level bays of the Driving Range are for Members, Members Guests and Visitors holding course tickets for the day only. Non-Members are to use the bays on the ground level. However, Members have the prerogative to use the bays on the ground level as and when they are available Only range balls provided by the Driving Range operator are allowed on the Driving Range. Any other balls used will be removed and forfeited All hitting of range balls shall be done on the Driving Range mats Only food and beverages from the Club s F&B outlets are permitted to be consumed within the Driving Range Safety precautions must be observed at all times. 36 1.14 Members shall be responsible for the behavior and conduct of their Guest/s at all times. The Club reserves the right to refuse any Guests or Visitors presence at the Club premises if they are found violating any of the Club s rules and regulations All patrons of the Driving Range should adhere to the rules and regulations stipulated. Patrons will be asked to leave if they are in breach of any rules or regulations. Subsequently, if the patron is a Member of the Club, he shall be liable for disciplinary actions against him. 2. PRACTICE GREEN 2.1 The Putting Green, Bunker and Chipping areas are deemed part of the golf course and all users should be properly attired in accordance with golf course requirements for golfers. No jeans, tank tops, singlets, slippers, sandals, jogging shorts or any other forms of inappropriate attire are allowed. 2.2 The Practice Green shall be open from 7.00am to 9.00pm daily, subject to any alteration or extension as may be notified by the Management. It shall be closed on periods determined by the Club to be designated for maintenance. Currently, maintenance is carried out on Mondays from 7.00am to 1.00pm. 2.3 The area shall be designated into 3 distinct areas as follows: a. Bunker Practice Area. This is the area designated for bunker practice. b. Chipping Practice Area. This is the area designated for chipping or pitching practice. c. Putting Practice Area. This is the area designated for putting practice. 2.4 Only registered Golfing Members of the Club as well as visitors holding course tickets for the day are allowed to use the Practice Green. 2.5 Club s registered teaching professionals are allowed to bring a maximum of 4 students at any one time, and must be with the students at all times. 2.6 Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at the Practice Green unless accompanied by an adult. 2.7 Placing of golf bags on the Putting Green or the fringes of the Green are not allowed. 2.8 Safety must be observed at all times when using the practice bunkers. Practice shots onto the Practice Green shall be directed away from other users. All players must smoothen, rake and level footprints and depressions made by them immediately after using the practice bunkers. 2.9 All users of the Practice Green are required to exercise care and caution to avoid causing injury to other users in the area All persons, inclusive of Members, Guests or Visitors, present at the Practice Green shall be there at their own risk. The Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to property, or any accident or injury caused to any person at the Practice Green The Practice Green shall be closed in the event of a lightning risk alert. All personnel are to leave the Practice Green upon activation of Category 1 lightning risk alert. Section 9, Page 2

37 2.12 All players shall pitch or chip from outside the Green onto the Pitching Green. Actual pitching or chipping on the Green is not allowed. Divots must be repaired/replaced at the chipping practice area Only putting practice is permitted on the designated Practice Green. Pitching or chipping practice onto the designated Putting Green is not allowed Hitting of balls other than for the practice of chipping, pitching, putting or bunker practice at the Practice Green are not allowed. Hitting of balls from the Practice Green towards the driving range is strictly not allowed No use of range balls is allowed on the Practice Green All users are to adhere to the rules and regulations stipulated in the Club s Bylaws. Patrons who are in breach of any rules or regulations will be asked to leave. Subsequently, if the user is a Member of the Club, he/she will be liable for disciplinary actions. 3. JUNIORS 3.1 Juniors under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the Practice Green unless they have been registered as the Club s golfing Member. They must be in the company of an adult Member who has a handicap, or otherwise approved by the GC, or under coaching by the Club s registered teaching professional. 4. LIABILITIES 4.1 The Club will not be liable for any accident or injury caused to any persons using the Driving Range and Practice Green. Section 9, Page 3
