6 2015 NGA Media Guide 6 About the NGA The Nebraska Golf Association, founded in 1966, is comprised of all members of public and private clubs and/or municipal or regional golf associations, and/or military installations which utilize an approved handicap service recognized by the USGA and provided by the NGA. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by a majority of the delegates present at the annual meeting. The Association's Board of Directors is made up of up to twenty-one (21) members representing voting members in good standing of the NGA. If there are qualified candidates available, consideration is given to provide reasonable geographic representation to all parts of the State of Nebraska. At times when the full Board of Directors is not meeting, the Association is governed by an Executive Committee consisting of the President, Vice President, the chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee, the chairman of the Membership Committee, and the immediate Past-President of the NGA. The Executive Director is a ex-officio member of the Executive Committee.

7 2015 NGA Media Guide 7 What does the NGA do? Among the duties of the Association include the conduct of the state's amateur golf championships, governing of its member clubs, and serving as the handicapping and course rating authority for its member clubs and members. The Nebraska Golf Association conducts the Nebraska Amateur Championship, Nebraska Match Play Championship, Nebraska Four-Ball Championship, Nebraska Senior Amateur Championship, Nebraska Senior Match Play Championship and Nebraska Mid-Amateur Championship. On the junior level, championships include the Nebraska Junior Amateur, Nebraska Junior Match Play, Nebraska Girl's Amateur, Nebraska Girl's Match Play and Nebraska Little Junior Amateur. Select team events include the Directors Cup Matches and the Kansas- Nebraska Junior Cup. The NGA also conducts national qualifiers for USGA championships and works in conjunction with the Nebraska Section of the PGA to conduct the Nebraska Cup Matches, as well as present the Nebraska Junior Golf Tour. The Nebraska Golf Association also provides its member clubs with USGA Course Ratings; serves as a source for resolving questions regarding the Rules of Golf, USGA Handicapping, and Amateur Status; holds educational seminars on the GHIN handicap service, Rules of Golf, and USGA Procedures and Handicapping. The NGA also advises its member clubs about the process of conducting golf tournaments and serves as a clearinghouse for member tournaments to help avoid scheduling conflicts. Financial support is given to other Nebraska golf organizations that help make golf better in Nebraska as well. The Nebraska Women's Amateur Golf Association, the Nebraska Section of the PGA and the Nebraska Golf Hall of Fame all receive financial assistance from the NGA. By working directly with the United States Golf Association, the Nebraska Golf Association provides its member clubs with the latest in technological equipment, including the GHIN Handicapping System and Tournament Pairing Program and instructs the clubs on how to use the programs. The NGA also supports the USGA by conducting local qualifiers for national amateur championships and providing volunteers to serve on national committees.

16 2015 NGA Media Guide 16 Back-to-Back for Cordes and Fehr Much like last year, Adam Cordes of Papillion and Brian Fehr of La Vista battled the weather at the 13th Nebraska Four- Ball Championship. The result was no different in 2014 at Platteview Country Club, as Cordes and Fehr came out on top to become the first back-to-back Nebraska Four-Ball Champions. Yeah, the windier, the rainier, the better, Cordes added. At least it wasn t cold this year. Cordes and Fehr to to Platteview s par-4 first hole against Shillinglaw and Krumland. Momentum quickly swung in the defending champs direction, as both players left themselves makeable birdie putts. Shilinglaw and Krumland were left with tough up-and-downs for par. Cordes converted his short birdie putt after a sharp wedge from the fairway, sealing the win and back-to-back titles. It was pretty key to have two putts inside 20 feet for a chance to win it, Cordes said. I was a little nervous, just had to take a deep breath, stay focused, and as soon as I hit it, it was dead center the whole way, so Blaine s (Beebe, Superintendent) got the greens out here rolling fantastic, so if you get on the line, it s going to go in. It s just cool to get a lot of Nebraska Golf Association hardware, Fehr said. (We re) real excited about it. There will be no chance for a three-peat for the duo, as Fehr announced he is moving to Kansas and will not be eligible to compete. After a blustery Round 1, Cordes and Fehr were tied for the lead with Papillion s Dave Shillinglaw and Mike Krumland of Columbus at 3-under (69). Storms blanketed the area Sunday, and by the time they cleared, there was not enough daylight to complete the final round, which never got underway. However, there was a window to complete a playoff after the final round was canceled. We like to play in bad weather, Fehr joked. Last year s runners-up, Ryan Knispel and Ryan Nietfeldt finished third at 1-under (71), while seven teams tied for fourth at even-par 72. In the Net Division, Skip Semin and Randy Daehling s first round 68 (-4) held up over Graig Skartvedt and Mike Klemme s 70. Multiple teams tied for the First Flight, Second Flight, and Third Flight titles in the Gross Division.

17 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Notes Leaders: Round 1 - Two Tied at 69 (-3): Adam Cordes, Papillion/Brian Fehr, La Vista and Mike Krumland, Columbus/Dave Shillinglaw, Bellevue. Notes: Though Round 1 was warm and sunny, with some breezy conditions, weather wreaked havoc on Round 2, as storms rolled through in the morning and only lifted late in the day, leaving no chance to complete Round 2. A short window appeared late, and the two teams tied after Round 1, were able to get out for a play-off. Cordes hit a wedge close on the first play-off hole (No. 1 at Platteview CC) and made his birdie putt for the win. Cordes and Fehr became the first back-to-back champions with the win. Though, Fehr announced he would be moving to Kansas and a three-peat would not happen.

19 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Preview The championship that has seen the most change since a year ago is the Nebraska Four-Ball. The 14 th Nebraska Four- Ball Championship moves to a new venue on April 25-26, after two years at Platteview Country Club. The 2015 championship will be hosted by The Players Club in Omaha, and will now feature a morning start with starting times off of No. 1 and No. 10 starting at 8 a.m. The field will be limited to 52 teams. The decision was made to limit the number entries to 52 teams (104 players) to allow us to utilize a 1/10 tee start, Ahrens said. The past few years we have done shotgun starts with over 60+ teams and the pace of play was extremely slow because groups simply had nowhere to go. We heard many comments from players that it was slow and not a very enjoyable experience when you hit a shot then have to sit and wait to hit another. The 1/10 tee start will offer better flow with a quicker pace, which will lead to a more enjoyable experience. The Front/Back routing will be used at the 27-hole facility at The Players Club, and will be set up around 6,700 yards. The Players Club is a fantastic golf course that we feel is a good fit for the Four-Ball format, Ahrens said. Having a partner allows you to take a few more risks than you normally would, which can lead to some birdies. If you have a bad hole, you ve got a partner there to bail you out. Only one of the defending champions will be back to try and three-peat in 2015, as Brian Fehr has moved to Kansas, and is not eligible to compete. Fehr and Adam Cordes of Papillion won both of the championships hosted by Platteview Country Club, their home club.

26 2015 NGA Media Guide 26 Krumland Wins 2nd Title on Home Course There s something to be said about playing on your home course in the Nebraska Senior Amateur Championship. Mike Krumland followed the trend, and became the second straight player to win on his home course, Elks Country Club in Columbus, to become the 16th Nebraska Senior Amateur Champion. It does kind of help to know the angles and all that kind of stuff, Krumland added. So playing at home doesn t hurt. Following the first round, Krumland found himself two-shots back from a logjam at the top. Four competitors were tied at 74 (+2), and Krumland (+4) was one of six players within two shots. Those in contention included two-time defending champion Samuelson (+2), and 2008 Champion John Sajevic (+4) of Fremont. The final round was delayed due to severe weather, and eventually forced a late morning shotgun start to get the tournament finished. The circumstances didn t throw Krumland off his game, as he exploded out of the gates, making birdie on three of his first four holes. The 2006 Champion didn t cool off from there, getting it to 6-under through 14 holes. I knew it was getting kind of tricky out there, and we started on No. 2 and I hit it to three feet, and No. 3 I hit it to a couple feet, No. 4 I had about six feet for birdie and missed it, and No. 5 I hit it to about two feet, Krumland said. So I m three-under through the first four holes we play, and I was going like, you know, this could be pretty good. It doesn t ever hurt to play your home course, Krumland said. And I ve been kind of struggling a little bit, but Sunday at Fremont I made five birdies in the 16 holes we played, and the longest one was about three feet, and today I made six, and the longest putt I made was about three feet. It doesn t really matter where you re playing when you re hitting wedges like that, you don t have to putt from very far. Krumland joined Steve Samuelson of Fremont, the 2012 and 2013 Champion, as the only two-time winners of the event. Samuelson also won his second title on his home course, Fremont Golf Club. It soon became a two-man race, as the leaders all fell back and Krumland found himself battling Sajevic, who was two-under through 13 holes and within three shots after back-to-back birdies. Krumland finally cooled off, but even a birdie on the closing hole by Sajevic couldn t close the gap. Sajevic s two-under 70 gave him a two-day total of 146, two shots behind Krumland at even-par 144 after his final round 68 (-4). It was the third straight runner-up trophy for Sajevic. It s great, Krumland said about winning his second title. I ve been trying really hard. David Clouse of Friend won the Age Division with a two -day total of 150 (+6). Krumland won the Age Division, and 2005 Champion John Haney won the 65 and Older division at 151 (+7).

27 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Notes Leaders: Round 1 - Four Tied at 74 (+2): Steve Samuelson, Mike Root, Gregg Vonnahme, and Steve Peterson. Notes: Severe weather wreaked havoc on the final round, and eventually a late morning shotgun start was needed to get the round done before some of the most severe weather of the year was expected later that day. The championship concluded just in time, as strong winds and massive hail rolled through the area soon after the trophy presentation. Fremont s John Sajevic finished as the runner-up for the third straight year. Krumland s win tied him with Samuelson for the most Senior Amateur titles, both have two now.

29 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Preview The 17th Nebraska Senior Amateur Championship will return to Woodland Hills Golf Course in Eagle on June 1-2. Lincoln s Knox Jones won the title the last time the championship was hosted by Woodland Hills in 2011, and Friend s David Clouse won the Nebraska Amateur title there in Clouse finished 3rd at the 2014 Nebraska Senior Amateur. It s well suited for senior golfers, a beautiful parkland style Woodland Hills Golf Course is a challenging course with many trees and plenty of water hazards for a player to avoid. The course measures just under 6,600 from the tips, though trouble lingers throughout the course. Woodland Hills is pleasing to the eye and rewards well executed shots greatly. Mike Krumland of Columbus swept both senior titles in 2014, becoming the first to ever do so, and the first to win both championships twice. Krumland also won the Nebraska Senior Amateur title in 2006 and the inaugural Nebraska Senior Match Play Championship in golf course which is great for all levels of senior golfers, Ames said about Woodland Hills. It does have plenty of obstacles, however, which will provide plenty of challenge, but it s done in a very fair manner. No one will leave disgruntled. The championship offers play for every level of golfer. The Senior Amateur is divided by age divisions (50-57, 58-64, 65+). Within those divisions, prizes are award for both gross and net performance. If an older division player wants to play for the Senior Amateur title, he can, by playing from the appropriate tees. He s still eligible for prizes within his age division. If a player in the younger age divisions is interested in playing for Net prizes only, he can play from a shorter set of tees.

37 2015 NGA Media Guide 37 Schaake Keeps the Title in the Family The Final for the 25th Nebraska Junior Match Play Championship featured the younger brother of 2013 s champion against a local playing his home course. Omaha s Alex Schaake defeated McCook s Noah Hofman in the 36-hole Final 3 and 2 at Heritage Hills Golf Course. It s pretty cool, I guess, Schaake said about winning the title a year after his brother, Carson won. I get to go home and brag to him now, so that ll be fun. I kind of like seeing Schaake twice on the trophy, that ll be pretty cool. The Championship Final produced the best golf of the week, as both Schaake and Hofman came up with birdie after birdie. The two started setting off fireworks right from the start, as Schaake rolled in a birdie on No. 1, and Hofman answered with hole-out for eagle on the par-5 second hole. The match went back and forth throughout the first 18 holes, with Schaake taking a 1 up advantage after Hofman found the native grass on No. 18 and couldn t get out of it. Both players kept it rolling during the second 18 holes, each rolling in birdie putts on No. 1. Then Hofman hit it close on No. 2 and dropped his second eagle of the day on the hole to square the match. However, Schaake went on to win the next two holes and never again lost his lead, despite a Hofman birdie on No. 7. Both players played the front nine in 32 (-4) in the afternoon. Schaake s birdie on the 31st hole of the match (No. 13) put him 3 up with 5 to play, and he eventually closed out the match with a par on No. 16. We both made birdie on No. 1, and I knew it was just going to be tough today, said. I played good, I think me and Noah, both shot 5 or 6-under today. care of business again, winning 8 and 6. Schaake, the No. 4 seed, won his opening round match against Matt Unruh of Lincoln 2 up, and cruised into the Final from there. He didn t play more than 14 holes in any of his next three matches, winning 6 and 4 over Kyle Murray of Beatrice, and 6 and 4 in the quarterfinals over Norfolk s Luke Kluver. Lincoln s Justin Coffey came in to the semifinals as the No. 32 seed, after winning a 5-man playoff for the final spot in Match Play, but Schaake took Hofman also had some big wins on the way to the Final, but also a couple tough matches, including his opening match against Garrett Morehead of Bellevue. Hofman won that match 1 up, but followed with a 7 and 6 win over Cole Stenger of Bellevue and a 4 and 3 win over Papillion s Josh Wilson. Hofman then had a battle in the semifinals against 2014 Class A Individual State Champion Ben Maschka of Omaha. Hofman had a late lead, but Maschka forced 18 holes of play before Hofman closed out the 1 up victory on No. 18 with a par.

38 2015 NGA Media Guide 38 Haley Thiele Wins Back-to-Back Titles It was an all-sister Final for the 52nd Nebraska Girls Match Play Championship at Heritage Hills Golf Course in McCook, as defending champion Haley Thiele of Wahoo took on her younger sister Hannah. In the end, experience won out, and Haley came out on top again, defeating Hannah 3 and 2 for back-to-back titles. It means a lot, you know to win this out here for the second time on a pretty challenging course and walking these hills three straight days, Haley said. It s a good feeling, this one s pretty special. The Championship Final was a back-and-forth battle, as Haley jumped out to a 3 up lead through nine holes, only to see Hannah come back and win Nos. 10 and 11 to cut the lead to 1 up. Haley righted the ship with a birdie on the par-3 12th to move back to 2 up. Haley won No. 15 with a par and closed out the match on No. 16 with another par. It was my toughest match of the entire tournament, Haley said about playing her sister. I wasn t exactly thrilled when I had to play her, because we re pretty similar with how we hit and just our consistencies, so I knew it was going to be tough, because Hannah s a great player, but I guess in the end it worked out for me. Haley cruised through her first three matches, defeating Allison Vondra of Papillion 7 and 5, and 5 and 4 over Tori Peers of Grand Island on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, Haley jumped out to an early lead and ended the semifinal match in just 11 holes, winning 8 and 7 over Jordan York of Scottsbluff. Hannah played just 18 holes on Tuesday, winning in 10 holes over Hannah Kohl of McCook (10 and 8), and in just eight holes in the afternoon quarterfinal after Nia Station of Omaha conceded the match due to illness. Hannah then faced McCook native Megan Vetrovsky in the semifinals and finally had a battle. It took all 18 holes to decide the match, and Hannah again came out on top with a par on No. 18 for a 2 up win.

44 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Preview This year s championship site has a long history that aligns with junior golf in many fashions, and 2015 is a special year for the club. Kearney Country Club will host the 26 th Nebraska Junior Match Play Championship and the 53 rd Nebraska Girls Match Play Championship June 3-6. It will be a special occasion for all involved, as it is the first time Kearney Country Club has hosted an NGA championship, and 2015 marks the club s centennial anniversary. Any time we host a state event here at Kearney Country Club, its special, KCC General Manager Matt Shaner said. With this being our 100th birthday, it makes it more special and we are honored to host this great Championship. Originally, Kearney Country Club opened in 1915 as a seven-hole golf course. Charley Johnston, a Scottish immigrant, improved the course and expanded it to nine holes, also adding the signature par-3 second hole. In 1921, Kearney Country Club became the first 18-hole golf course outside of Omaha or Lincoln, in Nebraska. Kearney Country Club will be a fantastic mental test for match play, Vigil said. The beauty of match play is that many aggressive decisions will be made, and Kearney Country Club offers many opportunities for players to get aggressive and try to swing a match their way. The golf course measures just 6,115 yards from the tips, and will be played around there for the boys, but the players can expect to be challenged by anything from elevation changes to an island green on the par 5 17 th hole. The girls will play the course around 5,700 yards. The course is not a long course yardage wise, but with its small greens, rolling terrain, and quickness a stray shot can lead into a real challenge to save a hole, Shaner said. Lots of birdies can be made here and some others can come into play as well. That is the beauty of Match Play though. In hosting several NSAA State Championships and other junior events, Kearney Country Club has been very supportive of junior golf over the years. Though the club has never hosted a NGA boys championship, it hosted the 1994 Nebraska Girls Match Play Championship won by Kearney s very own Elizabeth Bahensky. The membership and the community are very supportive of us hosting state championships, Shaner said. The community welcomes the participants with open arms and our members love volunteering to help in any way they can. Alex Schaake, a Creighton Prep junior, will be back to defend his title in 2015, after cruising into the finals and defeating McCook s Noah Hofman in a highly contested match in A couple of Thiele sisters are back to compete for the title again. The elder sister, Haley, will attempt to win her third straight Nebraska Girls Match Play title, while Hannah, a two-time finalist, will try to win her first match play title, after winning her first Nebraska Girls Amateur title in I think the 2015 championships will present some of the best competition we have seen in years, Vigil said. The venues are such where anything can happen. Kearney Country Club is a great match play venue, and if someone is willing to take the risks, and can pull it off, crazy things can happen.

56 2015 NGA Media Guide 56 Brown Completes Incredible Comeback It was an all-time Final for the 47th Nebraska Match Play Championship Friday at The Country Club of Lincoln. Bryce Brown of Lincoln completed a huge comeback to win 2 and 1 over Omaha s Carson Schaake in the 36-hole Final. foot for a conceded birdie, and following it up with another conceded birdie inside a foot on No. 9. Brown answered with a conceded birdie on No. 10, before both players made birdie on Nos. 11 and 13. It means the world, it really hasn t sunk in yet, Brown said. I ll have to take some time and think about the round, and what happened. I just have to say that Carson is an unbelievable player, and I really admired his short game. He has some shots in his bag, that I could never hit, so I really admire him. The putter started to get going, and I started to hit some shots close, Brown said. Carson kept making birdies on me, and I know that if I was going to happen to pull it out that I was just going to have to go lights out, and play probably the best golf of my life. Brown, who will be a redshirt senior at Kansas next year, found himself down 5 holes at one point during the first 18 Schaake hit it to inside 5 feet on the par 3 14th, but Brown again answered, nearly making an ace and it was yet another holes. Schaake won holes No. 6, 7 and 8 to go 2 up. The opponents then traded eagles on the back nine, with Brown making a 3 on the par 5 11th hole while Schaake made birdie. Schaake then hit it to 20 feet on No. 13 and made an eagle-3 to best Brown s birdie and go to 4 up. Schaake s lead grew to 5 up with a par on No. 16, but Brown closed the first round out with a birdie on No. 18 to cut the lead to 4 up. It s just a grind, you can t ever get down on yourself, and you just really have to stay positive, Brown said about Match Play. When the pressure is really on, you can do some things that you didn t think you could do otherwise. Brown then kicked off the second 18 with a birdie on No. 1, starting what would be a birdie fest over the next 17 holes. Brown birdied Nos. 4, 7 and 8, cutting the lead to 1 up. Schaake matched the birdie on No. 8, hitting it to within a conceded birdie. Schaake would miss his birdie putt, and his lead was just 1 up. Brown then won Nos. 15 and 16 with pars, before closing out the match and championship with a 10- foot birdie putt on No. 17. The birdie was his 10th in the last 18 holes played. The week began with 168 competitors for Stroke Play Qualifying on Monday, and the field was cut to 64 for Match Play. Andy Sajevic of Fremont, the defending champion was the automatic No. 1 seed, while Creighton s Kade Brown fired a 68 (-4) to claim medalist honors and the No. 2 seed. The Match Play field was completed with a 17-man playoff for 8 spots. Milford s Chaise Vegas claimed the first spot on No. 1, and Kearney s Barry Foster grabbed the final spot on the third hole.

58 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Notes Stroke Play Qualifying: Creighton University s Kade Brown was the medalist after a round of 68 (-4). He earned the No. 2 seed opposite defending champion and automatic No. 1 seed Andy Sajevic of Fremont. Cut: Sixty-three (63) players qualified for the match play field to join Sajevic, with the cut at 77 (+5). A 17-man play-off decided the final eight spots and lasted three holes. Weather: Weather was ideal throughout most of the championship, though a storm quickly rolled through during the semifinal matches and delayed play for less than an hour. Notes: The University of Nebraska s Nate Wong had one of the most interesting rounds during stroke play qualifying, as he came out on fire and carded a 5-under 31 on the front nine, only to post a 46 on the back nine. Wong nearly missed the cut, and was part of the 17-man playoff for the final eight spots, eventually earning the No. 60 seed. Several past champions made it to match play, with Jon Deines (2005) losing in the Round of 64, David Clouse (1992) losing in the Round of 32, Travis Minzel (2004), Ryan Nietfeldt (2003) and John Sajevic (1989, 1996) losing in the Round of 16, and Andy Sajevic (2013) losing in the quarterfinals. Besides the final, the Round of 16 match between Minzel and Omaha s Zach Taylor may have been the match of the championship. Taylor made a 50-foot putt on the 18th hole to square the match, before driving the 2nd green to within five feet of the hole for his third eagle of the week on the hole and the win in 20 holes.

63 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Preview The Prairie Club in Valentine will host its first championship in In just five years, The Prairie Club has built an impressive reputation. The club s two courses, The Dunes (No. 35) and The Pines (No. 75), have already cracked Golf Digest s Top 100 Public Courses in the United States. The Prairie Club will host the 48 th Nebraska Match Play Championship June The first time we ever visited The Prairie Club, it was apparent that the golf courses, and the whole facility at some point and time, would be a great venue for an NGA Championship, Assistant Executive Director of the NGA, Justin Ahrens said. Both The Dunes, designed by Graham Marsh, and The Pines, designed by Tom Lehman and Chris Brands, will be used for stroke play qualifying, which has been expanded to 36 holes for the 2015 championship. From the moment they step foot on property to the moment play qualifying will be on both courses, playing The Pines for round one and The Dunes for round two. We will set both courses up around 6,800-6,900 yards during stroke play qualifying. The Pines Course is a unique twist on sand hills golf, as it begins in much the same way as The Dunes, but suddenly winds down towards the Snake River Canyon with views that can t be seen many places in Nebraska. The holes twist through a forest of pines and finish spectacularly next to the clubhouse after a great par 5 finishing hole. The field will be cut to 32 players for match play, which will be conducted only on The Pines, which measures up to 7,403 yards, though the field will see a different set up each day. A course like The Pines offers nearly unlimited options for setting up the course, which will give players many different looks. Brian Oar / The Prairie Club they leave, they will know that they are at a special place, Ahrens said of what the players can expect. They can expect to play two great golf courses under championship conditions. The courses feature the diversity of the area in the northern part of Nebraska s sand hills. The Dunes course is everything one would expect from a sand hills course; waves upon waves of native grass surrounding massive rolling fairways, spotted with hundreds of deep blowout bunkers. Every hole is on its own prairie island, and the course can be stretched to an absurd 8,058 yards, though it will play significantly shorter for the Championship. We will utilize a variety of tees for both, Ahrens said. Stroke Once we get into match play, which will be played entirely on The Pines course, we will stretch it a little more, Ahrens said. The size of the greens provide us with all kinds of different hole locations, that are fair, but will require good control of your ball to get it close. During our site visit in April we will begin to finalize the tees we will use and communicate that to participants so they can properly prepare during their practice rounds. The first two rounds will be completed Saturday, June 13, with quarterfinals and semifinals to follow on Sunday. The 36-hole final will take place Monday. Though both courses present great championship venues, The Pines layout and proximity to the clubhouse presented a more

64 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Preview favorable venue, logistically to stage the five rounds of match play, including the great par-5 18th hole. The main reasons for using the Pines Course for match play was the proximity to the clubhouse, and that final hole being such a great hole, where we could potentially get some pretty good drama as matches conclude, Ahrens said. Bryce Brown of Lincoln is the defending champion, staging a stunning comeback at the Country Club of Lincoln in 2014 to win the title. Brown was 5 down to Omaha s Carson Schaake after 17 holes, but recorded birdies on 10 of the next 18 holes to complete the comeback and win 2 and 1 with a birdie on the par-5 17th hole. That will be a tough final to top in tough to top because last year s final was so good. Ahrens said that the deal the players are getting for the $150 entry fee is a great one that includes two guaranteed rounds, one on each of the courses. Also, a Par 3 Tournament will be offered on The Horse Course following the first round of stroke play qualifying in conjunction with a Player s Reception. It s an opportunity to play in a state championship at one of Nebraska s finest golf courses, Ahrens said. If you ve never been out there, I can t think of a better opportunity to do so. I m confident once players are there, they ll be glad they entered. Well, you never know what you re going to get as far as how a match will play out over 36-holes, Ahrens said of trying to top such a great final. Ideally, we will get two players in complete control of their games going at one another that day. It will be Brian Oar / The Prairie Club

73 2015 NGA Media Guide 73 Krumland Chips His Way to Championship Mike Krumland of Columbus used his short game to win the 4th Nebraska Senior Match Play Championship at Riverside Golf Club, chipping in twice on the final day to earn a sweep of the senior championships. Krumland won the 2014 Nebraska Senior Amateur Championship at Elks Country Club in Columbus in June, and is the first to win both senior championships. Krumland also won the 1st Nebraska Senior Match Play Championship in He has won the Senior Amateur twice, as well. It s really cool, Krumland said about winning the championship for a second time. I have good memories of Grand Island, playing the Michelob (Amateur), and (Steve Samuelson) this morning asked me how many times I ve played here, and I said about 200. I hit a couple shots today in spots that I ve never, ever been, so I just kind of got lucky a little bit, and hit some shots in the clutch that worked out, but it s pretty special to win twice. Krumland snuck into the Championship Final after never leading against Fremont s Steve Samuelson in their semifinal match. Samuelson entered the final hole with a 1 up lead, but Krumland used his short game magic to chip in for birdie on the par-5 18th hole, squaring the match. After both players parred their 19th hole (No. 1), Krumland hit his approach shot tight on No. 2 and sank the putt to win in 20 holes. The match with Samuelson was really hard, Krumland said. The guy is so good, I mean the guy s not going to give me any holes, so you kind of have to go out and earn them, so I sort of outlasted him. Allen Boltz of Grand Island advanced to the Final after a back and forth semifinal match against Oma-ha s Pete Godwin. Boltz lost a 2 up lead, but regained it with three holes to play. Godwin won the 17th hole to stay alive, but Boltz gave himself a short birdie putt on No. 18 and Godwin conceded after miss-ing his own birdie putt to give Boltz the 2 up win. Boltz started strong in the Final, and was 1 up until Krumland rolled in a birdie on the par-5 8th hole, his second of the day. Boltz got the match back to all square after Krumland bogeyed No. 11, but Krumland stuck his approach shot on No. 13 and two-putted for a win. An up-and-down for par on No. 14 gave Krumland a 2 up lead, and another chip-in, this time on No. 15 for birdie put him at dormie, 3 up with three to play. Krumland closed out the match by hitting his approach shot to 10 feet on No. 16. Boltz conceded the putt after missing his birdie putt. The (chip) I made on Samuelson was a fivepace shot, which I practice all winter, three, five and seven (pace chips), Krumland said. The one I chipped in on Boltz was a three-stepper, and the one I just missed on 14 was a seven-stepper, so I had all those covered. Those were easy little shots, I can make a lot of those, because I practice them a lot. In the President s Flight, Omaha s Mike Root defeated Jeff Bargell of North Platte in the semifinals. Root then went on to take down 1984 Nebraska Match Play Champion Scott Howerter of Lincoln in the Final, 4 and 2. In the Net Division, Lincoln s Bert Newell won the final over Kearney s Jack Wilkins 3 and 2. Mick Shon-sey of Lincoln won the Consolation Final 3 and 2 over Omaha s Gary Austin.

74 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Notes Stroke Play Qualifying: Lincoln s John Haney, the 2005 Nebraska Senior Amateur Champion, was the stroke play qualifying medalist after shooting a 71 (-1). Krumland was in danger of missing out on the Championship Bracket, after a front nine 42 (+5), but an even-par back nine gave him the No. 7 seed after a 77 (+5). Notes: Krumland had to earn his way to the title, as he faced the defending champion, Chris Mangan, in the first round. He then defeated two-time Senior Match Play Runner-Up and the 2005 Nebraska Amateur Champion, Jay Muller in the quarterfinals, and took down two-time Senior Amateur Champion Steve Samuelson in the semifinals. Krumland became the first player in the short history of the championship to win the title twice. He also won the inaugural Nebraska Senior Match Play Championship in Every division final ended on the 16th green, as Krumland defeated Allen Boltz 4 and 2 in the Championship Final, Mike Root defeated Scott Howerter 4 and 2 in the President s Flight Final, and Bert Newell defeated Jack Wilkins 3 and 2 in the Net Division Final.

76 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Preview The 5th Nebraska Senior Match Play Championship moves to a truly special venue on July 1-3, as the Palmer designed ArborLinks will host the championship. ArborLinks most recently hosted the 2013 Nebraska Amateur Championship, along with a U.S. Senior Open Sectional Qualifier that year. This pure championship venue offers tremendous views and a difficult but enjoyable golf course. ArborLinks is an outstanding golf course; in particular it s a great match play venue, Ames said. It s easy to make a big number on any given hole, but the beauty of it is you can pick up and give it a go again on the next hole and not be out of the tournament. Participants will love it (ArborLinks) like they always do. Mike Krumland of Columbus swept both senior titles in 2014, becoming the first to ever do so, and the first to win both championships twice. Krumland also won the Nebraska Senior Amateur title in 2006 and the inaugural Nebraska Senior Match Play Championship in The Senior Match Play has two divisions Gross and Net. Golfers with a USGA Handicap Index of 7.0 or less and those that declare comprise the Gross Division. They play an 18- hole stroke play qualifier on the first day to determine flights and seeds, so everyone gets to match play. From there, golfers advance within their brackets by winning. The Net Division includes golfers with a USGA Handicap Index of 7.1 and higher. It is pre-flighted and seeded based on USGA Handicap Index, and match play begins right away. Net flights include consolation brackets, so each golfer is guaranteed two rounds of golf. Both championships include at least one player meal with their entry, use of the practice facilities and eligibility for plenty of merchandise prizes.

83 2015 NGA Media Guide 83 Schaake Wins Junior Amateur by 14 Strokes Omaha s Alex Schaake continued a dominant summer when he blew out the field at the 46th Nebraska Junior Amateur Championship at Beatrice Country Club. Schaake cruised to a 14-stroke win to claim his second Nebraska Golf Association title of Schaake, the 2014 Nebraska Junior Match Play Champion, posted an even-par 72 in the final round for the low round of the day, along with Koy Pothoff of Scottsbluff. Schaake had the low round each of the three days of competition, and finished as the only player under par, with his 211 (-5) total besting Lincoln s Justin Coffey (225) by 14 strokes. Not really, Schaake said about his final round being stressful. I just went out there and tried to hit fairways, hit greens and just make putts. and 2013 Champion Sam Meuret of Brunswick bogeyed to give Schaake a 12 stroke lead. The lead continued to grow on the back nine, as Schaake birdied the par-3 11th, and stuck his approach shot to five feet on No. 13 for another birdie to push the lead to 14 strokes. Schaake bogeyed the par-5 14th, but pars on his final four holes sealed the victory. No. 13 was a good birdie for me, definitely, just to keep me going, Schaake said. I think I got a little unfocused before that, so I think that made me get a little on track after that. The only real drama of the day came in the battle for second place, as Coffey posted a 73 (+1) to finished at 225 (+9) and Maschka birdied Nos. 14, 16, and 17. However, it was a triple-bogey on No. 15 that did Maschka in, and he finished at 226 (+10) after a final round 79, good for third place. Schaake began the final round with an eight-stroke lead, playing with former Creighton Prep teammate Ben Maschka. The lead quickly reached double digits, as Schaake birdied No. 3 to push it to nine strokes, and was the only player in the final two pairings to escape No. 7 without any damage. Maschka four-putted for triple-bogey, Jay Cottam of Hebron made a quadruple-bogey, Schaake led wireto-wire, firing a first round 70 (-2) for the low round of the day, and following up with the only sub-70 round of the championship in the second round a 69 (-3). In fact, only one other round under par was posted for the three days, as Cottam posted a one-under 71 in Round One. Schaake s win gives him a sweep of the NGA junior championships. He s the first to do that since Fremont s Andy Sajevic in Sajevic also won the Nebraska Junior Amateur at Beatrice Country Club in 2009.

84 2015 NGA Media Guide 84 Haley Thiele Wins Back-to-Back Titles It was a flashback to the Nebraska Girls Match Play Final, except a different sister came out on top this time. Hannah Thiele of Wahoo battled with her older sister, defending champion Haley, again at the 14th Nebraska Girls Amateur Championship at Beatrice Country Club, but finally pulled one out after Haley had won the past three Nebraska Golf Association girls titles. The lead changed hands a number of times throughout the day, as the sisters combined for five birdies on the front nine. Hannah seemed to take control after back-to-back birdies on Nos. 9 and 10. On No. 9, Hannah hit a long greenside bunker shot to two feet and made the putt for birdie. However, a double-bogey on No. 11 dropped her back into a tie with Haley. This one is pretty cool, it s pretty special, Hannah said. Haley played great too, and it was a great tournament overall, competitive between us two, but she played great. Haley followed with a double-bogey on No. 13 to drop two shots back, and Hannah pushed it to a three-shot lead with another birdie on No. 14. After dropping a shot on the par-3 15th, Hannah was able to get a shot back on No. 16, as Haley tried to go for the par-5 in two and came up short in the water. It wasn t much different, Hannah said about competing against her sister again. It just ended up my way this time, but it was a great, it was a great battle between us both, and com- Hannah finished with a two-day total of 145 (+1) to win by four strokes over Haley (149). Hannah made six birdies in the final round to help overcome a couple double-bogeys for an even-par 72. Her final birdie came on No. 18, as she was protecting a three-shot lead. Hannah hit a perfect drive, and perfect approach shot, before rolling in a short birdie to close out the championship. It was a pretty good feeling, Hannah said about her finishing birdie on No. 18. petitive, and we both played great. Hannah entered the final round with a two-stroke lead, after a first round 73 (+1) left her with the lead over Haley (75). Nicolle sat four strokes back at 77 (+5), and matched that in the final round to finish at 154 (+10), nine strokes out in third place. Megan Vetrovsky of McCook shot a pair of 79s to finish in fourth place at 158 (+14).

85 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Notes Leaders: Round 1 - Hannah Thiele, at 73 (+1), by two strokes over Haley Thiele. Alex Schaake, at 70 (-2), by one stroke over Jay Cottam. Round 2 - Schaake, at 139 (-5), by eight strokes over Cottam and Ben Maschka. Boys Cut: At 163 (+19), with 42 players making the cut. Weather: The First Round was delayed significantly by storms, and all but one group finished on Monday, due to darkness. The remaining group finished prior to the Second Round on Tuesday morning. The remaining days were played in great weather. Notes: Hannah Thiele finally broke through for her first NGA Championship after finishing sixth in the 2012 and 2013 Nebraska Girls Amateurs, and losing to her older sister, Haley, in the 2013 and 2014 Nebraska Girls Match Play Championships. Hannah also lost in the finals of the 2012 Nebraska Girls Match Play Championship to 8-time NGA Champion, Danielle Lemek. Hannah recorded 11 birdies over the 36-hole championship, seven more than any girl in the field and matching boys champion Alex Schaake s 11 birdies over three days to lead the boys field. Her 11 birdies made up nearly a quarter of the 47 birdies made by the 24 girls competing. Alex Schaake became the first player to sweep the NGA s junior championships since 2009, when Fremont s Andy Sajevic won both titles. Sajevic also completed his sweet at Beatrice Country Club by winning the Nebraska Junior Amateur. Though Schaake s 14-stroke win is not an official record, as a complete archive of the 46-year history of the Nebraska Junior Amateur has not yet been compiled, it is certainly among the most dominating performances. Schaake posted the low round each day, including two of the three rounds under par for the championship, and was only matched by Scottsbluff s Koy Pothoff in the final round at even-par 72. Schaake just missed a birdie-putt on the final hole to post a third straight round under par.

89 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Preview Nebraska s juniors will have some unique opportunities to play championship golf in The Nebraska Golf Association s junior championships are hosted by venues with great history and community support. The 2015 junior championships offer a chance to play some great venues that many might never realize, Official-in-Charge of Junior Championships, Ben Vigil said. Both courses have a rich history, and present a finely prepared golf course with opportunities for many memorable moments. Four Winds Golf Course will host its first NGA championships July 14-16, when the 15 th Nebraska Girls Amateur Championship and the 47 th Nebraska Junior Amateur Championship are conducted at the Kimball course. Forty-five years ago, Bruce Gilliland built nine holes in Kimball, Nebraska. Though, Bruce was not originally selected to design the municipal course that received funding help from the state, Kimball might be lucky he did. Originally, a company in Omaha was asked to design the course, but when Bruce presented the proposed design to the board, he took a look at it and said he could do better than that. The board said why don t you, according to Bruce s wife, Wilma. supporters of junior golf in Nebraska, and we felt it was the right time to take a championship to Four Winds, Vigil said. After getting on property in the fall of 2014, we were very excited to bring our Junior Amateur to Kimball. A plaque on the first tee ensures that everyone who steps foot on the course will know exactly how much Bruce and Wilma mean to the golf course and the community. I really feel that golf is a wonderful sport for young people, Wilma said. When young people are on the golf course, many people will say why would you want kids on the golf course, and I say, can you think of a better place for them to be. I love the game, it teaches so many things. Four Winds will measure around 6,900 yards for the boys and 5,700 yards for the girls. It s an honor and people are excited about having it, Wilma said about hosting the championships. We think we have a pretty nice golf course, we re told that, and if the (NGA) is willing to bring a championship here, that sort of gives an excitement. It s exciting and people will enjoy watching the juniors play, and it ll be great for our junior program for the whole area. Bruce built a test green, as he heard the grass might not grow in the dry and high altitude climate in Kimball. The green took, with help from Wilma s mowing. The nine holes were completed and Wilma mowed those greens as well. When Gilliland first built the course, just one tree existed on the entire property. Gilliland planted many trees over the years, and now the course boasts many tree-lined fairways. The course had so much play that five holes were added with help from the community, and eventually the 18-holes were completed with help from a local bank. Bruce and Wilma, have run a great junior program for many years, and continue to stay involved in the Kimball golfing community to this day. As you pull of the interstate at the Kimball exit and make your way toward Four Winds Golf Course, it s not hard to see that the Gillilands have become synonymous with golf in Kimball. A right turn onto Gilliland Drive will lead you right to the modest golf shop at Four Winds. The Gillilands have been long-time friends of the NGA, and big

100 2015 NGA Media Guide 100 Clouse Turns Back the Clock Friend s David Clouse stepped on the gas during the final round of the 106th Nebraska Amateur Championship and never let up, as he cruised to a seven-stroke win at Norfolk Country Club. Clouse, also the 1999 Champion, shot the round of the championship, a bogey-free, six-under 66, to finish at 275 (-13) for the championship. The 54-year-old became the oldest Nebraska Amateur Champion, breaking Tom Olson s record when he won the 1997 title at age 51. It was a breakthrough for Clouse, who after reaching the top of his game in 1999, dealt with back issues and had to quit playing golf. It s an absolute dream come true, Clouse said. I played awful well in 1999, I think I won six major tournaments that year and was awarded player of the year, and was ready to continue that type of play. Then the next year I went down with an injury. Clouse said he eventually had surgery in 2004 to repair the injury, and took several years to heal up. The difference between being able to go out and play golf, and play championship golf is quite a step, Clouse said. It takes a lot of practice, and a lot of work to try to get back to that level. Clouse caught fire late on the front nine, after five straight pars, he made birdie from short of the green on No. 6. He made it back-to-back birdies on the par-3 seventh hole, hitting it tight and sinking the putt to get to nine-under for a four-shot lead. Clouse then hit it long over the difficult ninth green, but hit a perfect chip that struck the middle of the flagstick and dropped for another birdie. I was (in the zone), Clouse said about his final round. I ve been practicing well, and playing pretty well for the last two years, and haven t been able to put together a win yet, and things really came together this week. Renen Sahr, a junior on the Midland University golf team, started the day tied with Clouse for the lead, but bogeyed two of the first four holes and eventually fell five back after nine holes. However, Sahr, bounced back with a birdie on No. 10 to cut the lead back to four. Clouse answered, though, rolling in a birdie putt on No. 11 and nearly holing out from the fairway on No. 12, then making the putt for another birdie, his fifth in seven holes. I had to try really hard to stay in the present tense today, because my normal mind likes to wander ahead a little bit, and gets me in trouble when I do that, So I worked really hard on that coming into this tournament, to practice that and do that, and I was successful in doing that today. Clouse then made five straight pars and had a six-stroke lead playing No. 18. He hit a wedge to 10-feet and sank the putt to seal the win. Sahr shot a 74 (+2) to finish in third at 283 (-5). Gibbon s Rylee Reinertson played the best nine holes of the championship on the back nine, firing a 31 (-5) that included a chip-in eagle on No. 16, and a birdie on No. 18. The strong finish for a 68 (-4) and a total of 282 (-6) gave him Runner-Up and Low Junior Amateur honors. Carson Schaake of Omaha made a run early in the final round, making birdie on two of the first four holes to get within two strokes of Clouse. However, tree trouble on the tricky par-5 sixth hole led to a triple-bogey and dropped him out of contention. He finished at 287 (-1) after a final round 74 (+4), good enough for sixth place. Defending Champion Andy Sajevic of Fremont finished in a tie for seventh, 15-shots back at 290 (+2). He was the only competitor in the Top 15 to fail to break par each of the four days ( ). His father and 1989 Champion, John Sajevic finished in a tie for 10th at 291 (+3). The 2002 Champion Ryan Nietfeldt of Elkhorn had a 295 (+7) total, which put him in a tie for 22 nd place. Clouse had a share of the lead each day. After Round One, Clouse s 68 (-4) tied four others for the lead after 18 holes. A second round 70 (-2) put him alone at the top, with Sahr a stroke behind, while his third round 71 (-1) left him tied with Sahr at -7 heading into the final round. Overall, just six players finished under par for the championship.

106 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Preview The crown jewel of the NGA s championships returns to the Omaha-Metro area for the first time since Indian Creek Golf Course is a veteran among this year s schedule, as the 27-hole facility in Elkhorn has hosted both of the NGA s major championships and multiple other events since opening in All three nines have been renovated since the NGA was last there in 2006 for the 98 th Nebraska Amateur Championship. Indian Creek has always been a strong supporter of amateur golf and has hosted several NGA Championships, Executive Director of the NGA, Craig Ames said. Our golfers enjoy the test it presents and with the renovation work they ve recently done, it only enhances that test. It s a wonderful facility and ideal for conducting the Amateur. Former Husker Brady Schnell, who is now competing on the Web.com Tour, won the championship in 2006, winning by a wide margin over McCook s Brandon Crick. Crick tied the Nebraska Amateur scoring record with a 7-under 65 in the first round, but Schnell, who carded a 67 that day, still cruised to a nine-stroke win with a 12-under total of 276. The routing for that championship was Black Bird to Red Feather, as had been used in the past. However, this year s championship will feature a new routing, utilizing the newest of the nines, Gray Hawk. Again, it has to do with player feedback following the renovation, Ames said about the new routing. We re fans of the original championship routing (Black/Red), but based on what we were hearing about the Gray nine from players and management at the facility, we wanted to give it a go. We could have used Red just as easily as Black, but from an administrative perspective it made more sense to go Black and Gray since they are next to one another on the property. Competitors will start on both nines the first two days, but the routing for the final two days, after the field is cut to the low 60 scores and ties, will be Black Bird to Gray Hawk. The course can stretch to nearly 7,300 yards, and features a great finishing par 4 hole that ends right below the clubhouse deck. David Clouse of Friend is the defending champion, after record performance in 2014 at Norfolk Country Club. Clouse tied the final round scoring record, shooting a 6-under 66 in windy conditions, on his way to becoming the oldest champion in the 106 year history of the Nebraska Amateur Championship. His wire-to -wire win ended with a birdie on the 18 th hole and a sevenstroke win at 275 (-13). Anytime you have a player set a record in a Championship that s been played 106 times, it s going to be special, Ames said. To me, the story made it even more special. Dave has always been one of the state s best golfers, winning multiple NGA Golfer of the Year Awards before he developed issues with his back. Norfolk was well suited to his game, he d won multiple Labor Day Classics there and had established a history of success on that course. Being able to overcome injury and get his game back to the elite level for the win was what made it memorable for me. Ames said he expects a large and quality field for the championship. Again in 2015, sectional qualifying will be offered, should the number of entries exceed 200 players. There are three qualifying sites scheduled, including Willow Lakes Golf Course in Bellevue on July 13, Scotts Bluff Country Club on July 15, and Awarii Dunes Golf Club near Kearney on July 16. From a talent perspective we expect the best amateur golfers in the state to participate, Ames said. From a numbers perspective, which determines whether or not we do qualifying, we re hopeful we get to the magic number of 200 which triggers qualifying. I think we ll push past 200; being in the Omaha Metropolitan area helps, plus the last time we staged the Amateur at Indian Creek we had a lot of interest. Regardless we ll have a full field of 156 at the championship proper. If 200 entries are not received by the deadline (July 8), sectional qualifying will not take place, and the championship field will be comprised of exempt players and non-exempt players by order of entry.

119 2015 NGA Media Guide 119 Morrison Comes Back to Win First Title Omaha s Trent Morrison had come so close, so many times before. He lost in a three-man playoff in 2011 to Lincoln s Travis Minzel. Then in 2012, he tied for the lowest final round, but his first round 76 kept him out of the hunt in a tie for fourth. Last year, Morrison finished in a tie for seventh, but just two strokes out of another playoff, after a back nine 38 (+2) in the final round. first round 70 (-2). Nietfeldt held a two-stroke lead over Lincoln s Chad Geiger (E), who caught fire on the front nine. Geiger recorded four birdies and an eagle to shoot 32 (-4), before falling back to even par after the first round. Morrison rolled in five birdies, but a couple double-bogeys left him five strokes back at 75 (+3). It didn t take long for Morrison to grab the lead in the final round. Morrison started with a front nine 34 (-2), making birdies on Nos. 6 and 7. Morrison stumbled a little after making the turn, double-bogeying No. 10 and following with a bogey on No. 11. However, he righted the ship and made a closing birdie on No. 18 for a 72 (E), on a day when the average score was 78.5 in the Championship Division. I started off with a pretty good front nine, couple under, and then had some trouble around the turn, but just kind of hung in there and made some putts, Morrison said. Morrison wasn t going to let it happen again, as he posted the low final round, an even-par 72, to erase a five-stroke deficit and win the 16th Nebraska Mid-Amateur Championship at Beatrice Country Club in September. It s phenomenal, Morrison said about his first title. I ve played in this one quite a lot, and Beatrice has always been (good), for some reason I play well out here, so it s been great to come out here and actually win something. Elkhorn s Ryan Nietfeldt, the defending champion, was looking for his third Mid-Am title, and was in good shape after a The round sealed a one-stroke victory over the 2001 and 2013 Champion Nietfeldt. Nietfeldt s final round 78 (+6) wasn t enough for his third title. Morrison finished at 147 (+3), while Nietfeldt finished one-stroke back at 148 (+4). South Sioux City s Chris Rager and 2012 Champion Pat Duffy of Omaha tied for third at 151 (+7). Mitchell Holgate of Homer won the First Flight at 156 (+12), and Lincoln s Philip Maiyo followed his first round 92 with a 75 in the final round to win the Second Flight at 167 (+23). William Lawson Jr. repeated as the Net Division Champion. His 150 (+6) net total was three strokes better than his son, Brian (153).

120 2015 NGA Media Guide Championship Notes Leaders: Round 1 - Ryan Nietfeldt, at 70 (-2), by two strokes over Chad Geiger (72). Notes: Chad Geiger had an incredible front nine during Round 1, as he recorded four birdies and a hole-out for eagle on the par-4 sixth hole to post a 32 (-4). Geiger played the back nine in four-over 40 and eventually finished seventh overall for the championship. Several past champions competed, with Ryan Nietfeldt (2001 & 2013) finishing the highest as the runnerup. Patrick Duffy (2011) finished in a tie for third, Travis Minzel (2010 & 2011) finished tied for 11th, Mike Vanier (2009) withdrew after a first round 79, and Pete Godwin (2004) finished tied for 19th.
